    Exclamation Blood after pinning

Hey guys, I've been on a cycle for the last 6 weeks. Lately, when I pin myself, blood comes out after the pin and it isn't only a drop, but more I have to clean it with the napkins, which it gets wet with blood. My question is, is this normal or no?? Please give me ur opinions?

It happens all the time! Usually when the needle passes through a vein on its way it. Pretty normal, as long as you aspirate!

Agreed with tim....happens when you pass through a vein. leaks like crazy when you pull the pin out...usually happens with my calf. Aspirate so you know you are not injecting into the vein.

It's a little odd that it's happened that often with you but yes it happens and it's happened to me before. I've been pinning 5 weeks now and no blood yet...but i expect it at some point....passing through a vein as mentioned above.

You better use an alcohol wipe to dab up that blood. You cannot be to sanitary when injecting pins into your muscles!!!!! Infections are easy to get.

Why you say that? I think it's because I am chicken shit...I cannot pin my upper body..I am afraid to....calfs are a very easy pin for me....it feels like it is going to hurt at first because the skin is stretched and allmuscle...but once you break the skin...it slides right in.

I think you misunderstood...alcohol wipe are too small for all that blood...I have been in his shoes...I had one when blood drained out so much I had to rip off my muscle shirt and wipe it up....Its a lot of blood....It think it is because the blood pressure is so high...it just squirts out....lol
