i began my cycle exactly 3 weeks ago of testanon 250. i front loaded 750 then did 500 a week since, until last night. last night i did 250 mg of testanon and then added 100 mg of an unknown ester'd underground. man my ass was super sore within like 3 hours.... it felt like i had been charlie horsed in the ass cheek. anyway to the meat of the story!!!!! i went today and did my arm workouts. was on them for about an hour and decided fuck it i wanna work a lil chest. i started 10 pounds heavier than my normal workout weight. then went up another 20 pounds and got it 7 times, then 10 more pounds ..... i got 190 2 times. i was like wow 3 weeks ago my bench max was 170 pounds... i just did 190 2 times. i slid 200 on, no way im gonna get this.... i layed down and at the ass end of my workout i benched 200 pounds. for those of you not paying attention thats 30 pounds more than my bench max 3 weeks ago!!!!!!! im completely floored by this. Anyone ever lays eyes on some zafa testonon 250> buy that shit.

your max on bench was 170, and your doing roids!!! wtf!!! there is no fucking way that this is a legit post!!

I wasnt making fun of your max on bench, thats kinda dickish. I just meant it dosent seem that youve been training for very long, which makes me wonder why your touching aas. Be careful is all!!!!!
I agree. 170 lb isn't a big lift. Work out for a year and build those tendons and ligaments. Your strength will be rising at a quicker rate than what your tendons and ligaments can withstand and you will end up injuring yourself then sitting out for three months and losing it all. But you've achieved amazing gains already so I'm certain you don't take this advice. Just trying to give wise words....not flaming. Slow and steady wins the race. Unless you are preparing for an MMA fight or competitve tourney then why the rush?
170lbs?...pfft...I curl 170...lol...I can not talk to you until you reach the 300 club...lol j/k...What this tells me is...you did not workout previous to using steroids. you could've easily got to 200lbs natty.
Hey what ever works for you go for it. Just make sure you study your books and go to class every day. In other words do your research before you hurt yourself. I was like you somewhat and jumped into head first. I made some mistakes along the way with injuries to tendons and muscles. My Max bench a year ago was 180 and last week I pushed 310. So I can relate somewhat to what your post. Good luck and keep up the good work.
honestly, and this is gonna sound super pussified. but i have worked out off and on since high school and i just turned 30. i could never progress past a certain point. call it shitty genetics, not enuf protein.... whatever. in high school my bench max was 130. but hell i weighed 125. my cuz had been runnin juice for a year or 2 and i was like yea thats what i need. no shit i worked out and natty my max was 170. hell it may have been a mental block i dunno. but i can tell u this. im trying to avoid injuries and get the fullest potential from this cycle as possible. my workout routine is negative pyramids. im doin the heaviest weight when i am the freshest and working backwards from there.
