Got a question about the holidays coming up. I plan to do my first pin of Test E within two weeks for a 12 week cycle so basically my cycle will run thru January. I'm going to a relatives for Thanksgiving and will be gone for four days and won't be able to lift. I'm assuming since this will be right at about four weeks that the test will be kicking in. Will it be okay to not lift right as my cycle is kicking in? I was thinking I could just do push ups, sit ups and pull ups while I'm there and a little running to hold me over until I get back and get in the gym for "real" exercise. Do you guys think this is okay or should I wait until after Thanksgiving or maybe a week before Thanksgiving (as the test won't be kicking in anyways) until I start the cycle? I want to get the most I can out of this cycle. Just not sure four days off while on cycle is good or not. Generally, the most I take off is one day but since recovery time is quicker "on", four days off will be a lifetime! I'm only pinning once a week so it won't interfere with my pinning schedule and I plan to take arimiplex with me to take eod or ed so I don't miss my schedule on that. Thanks

1. You should be looking to pin your TestE twice per week to keep your levels even.
2. Recovery is better on gear, but you grow with eating and rest. You did not list your workout schedule, but if your doing a 4 on 1 off then I would say your not getting enough rest.

4. Can you find a gym near your relatives to lift at? I understand it might be tough to lift on Thursday (Thanksgiving), but unless they live in the middle of the woods I would assume you can pay a daily rate to lift at a local gym.
do the best u can with how ever u do your workout but dont miss please. if u miss one workout on gear it sets u back 1 week to me. ive been in your situation when i busted my c2- c3 vertb. discs. in the hospital i used the bed and chair and pillow cases garbage bags filled with water. and i got a great pump and i had a halo bolted to my head. so u can use ur bodyweight, garbage bags with h2o and a bed to do rows for back and push the bed straight up for shoulder work. anything just to keep a pump. just read more, its going to be 4 weeks bro, i would just wait until u get back to start. i only was in hospital for 1 week.

That's a great idea. Never thought about going to another gym since I believe my gym is nation wide. My work out schedule is as follows:
Monday: Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Back/Bis
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rotate between body parts. I try to hit every body part twice a week by rotating, which ends up being once a month per body part. I do this b/c for me, it really stimulates growth. I've done this for ten years and it works for me. I know some people may say it's too much but if a body part is lagging, doing it twice a week catches up quickly for me. I use to work out six days a week and hit two body parts twice a week and had really good results but I'll stick to this program for now.
Sunday: Rest
Cycle starts over on Mondays.
Also, I saw that it was fine to pin once a week as Test E is a long acting test. Do you all suggest pinning twice a week instead? If I switched to twice a week schedule, would it be okay to do all 500 mg in one week in say Week 4 then go back to twice a week? I'll be out of town that week and I'm certainly not bringing pins and gear with me on the plane. My first shot of Test E was only 250 mg and I couldn't walk for a week so I was getting kinda worried about pinning 500 mg this time so it might be better just to do it twice a week. I'm flying out on a Thursday and returning Sunday. I guess if I pinned Wednesday and Sundays then I can keep twice a week throughout. Thanks all for the advice!

Good advice bro and realistically, it probably would be better to wait until I get back but once I get gear in hand I know I'm going to want to pin right away. I seriously can't see myself waiting a month to start cycle when I have everything on hand. Plus given it'll take four weeks to kick in, I just don't have that type of constraint or patience

First cycle was done eight years ago and another five years ago. First cycle was Test E for 10 weeks at 500 mg per week pinning 2x a week. Second cycle was a Winstrol only cycle at 50 mg ed tablet form. I didn't experience huge strength gains with first cycle but good lean mass. Second cycle my strength was up quite a bit and gained quite a bit of size too. I'm currently 30 years old and been lifting for almost ten years.
^^^oh, ok u didnt start, bro wait till its over. dont start it yet u need to go to a gym thats a workout only for a weekend or u break ur fucking neck lol. all i can say it takes about 4-6 wks but ull grow along those 4-6 wks, your body not going say well its 4 wks, we grow now bro. your going to gradually grow over 4-6 weeks. during that time with eating and training youll gain before that 4 wks. 4 weeks is to long to use gear w/o proper bbing equipment like a gym can provide. but take everybodys advice posting and do wat u think is best for u, but, dont act on impatience as your not going to get the best results. my say , is to wait till thanksgiving is over then start.

It's only a four day rest, not four weeks. I think that's what you were saying? But I think I'm going to look for a gym near my relative's house and see if I can get a couple workouts while I'm there so this won't be an issue...hopefully.

If you have enough gear to run for 12 weeks then go for it. I was always told that even though the ester half life may be long, you still want to shoot twice per week to keep your levels even throughout.
And just because you have all your gear does not necessarily mean you need to start. In this case, your talking about waiting a few weeks. I had all my gear ready in late July and knew I was going on a business trip in late August and waited till I came back to start it. I know it sucks, but I would wait. JMO

It's in your best interest to get more rest during a cycle. Your body can't take the constant pounding that you're going to be placing on it. You should really try to take a week off for ever 8 you train.
Going 12 weeks straight is totally counterproductive in my opinion.
When maintaining, I'm in the gym 3 times a week, it's more than enough. Bulking or cutting 4 days a week MAX. Every 8 weeks take a week or two off, you need it more than you know.
