    ...Seeing as it lowers IGF and HGH?

    No but some therorize it may reduce gains slightly. Keep in mind steroids like Testosterone increase IGF-1.

    I don't think nolva alone could halt growth however growth in PCT may be unrealistic.

    my opinion is nolva does reduce the potential growth one can achieve if on the nolva.
