I am a 53y/o male and I mid way through my first cycle. It was a beginners cycle of 500mg of test a week for 10 weeks and 50 mg of D-bol for the first 4 weeks. Also a half a mg of Anastrozole through out the cycle and for 2 weeks after it.The results have been great with no side affects that I have notice. BP has been fine and no more feeling tired all the time. And yes male menopause is real. Also I have made some real gains at the gym. I have a few question I hope someone can help with. Now even with a weaker cycle like this one a guest time on should still equal time off for my PCT? Also is there any advice for my next cycle ,what kind of stack might be best? Should I maybe use HGH which I understand is better for older guys or just increase the test? Lastly do any of these E-books on this site have information aimed more at the older guys ? Thanks for any help.
I'm 54 my friend and here's my opinion for you. I believe you should have equal time off. Go with the old rule of thumb which is time on = time off. Also I feel you can continue to get good results with 500mgs per week for several cycles. Make sure you take your ai's from day one. I use arimadex and am having to experiment a bit presently because I am having a few issues. But I wont get into that right now. For you I think .5mgs per day of arimadex should be just fine. Do your HCG from week 2 and no later than week 3. Clomid for PCT at 100mgs per day week 1, 75 wk2 and last 2 with 50 should do well. Always have nolvadex on hand in case of sore, swollen or itchy nipples. If those sides should appear dose the nolvadex at 20 mgs per day until all symptoms are gone then discontinue. Continue taking your ai during this time. This should do it for you bro. Some(most) guys raise their dosages as they progress but for you, for now 500 should do the trick. I invite you to take a look at a log of mine. It's in the anabolic zone and it's called opinions please, starting in the morning. It will detail everything I'm doing up to this point. I'm going to make changes and additions as this cycle progresses. You may find it interesting and informative. The reason I dont suggest you go on HRT is because it's a lifelong committment of pinning. At this point in my life I still prefer cycles. I may change my opinion later but for now this is how I think. As a good friend of mine put it, I'm no spring chicken anymore. But I can tell you this....I can still show those young boys at the gym what a good workout is. I sweat and grunt more than they do. A lot has to be said about wisdom comes with age.
This cruise idea does look interesting to me and trust me I have looked into it. But then basically you are on TRT and there permanently. I'm not sure I want to pull that trigger just yet. Interesting though and a lot of my pals do it that way.

Lets just say that the boys don't preform like they use to. being on TRT was the best thing that ever happend to me as far as related to my health. Heck I'm 40 and feel like I'm 20.
Thanks for all the advice guys and I will check your log out too Roaddkingg. As far as staying on test I will finish this cycle then see how far and fast I drop . If I lose everything quickly I my take your stay on the 300 mg during off cycles. I was doing pretty bad there for a long time and I don't want to go back to that. Thanks again guys.
this cycle may have been a bit harsh for a first cycle imo. your first cycle should have been test only.
If you feel good on this test cycle...try to stay at those lvl's if you can(for your nxt one) if you are building tolerances, then up the dosage by 50 or 100mgs/week
