I wouldnt worry to much about it bro. Yes, training regular on or off cycle is very important to maintain but in your case you have been running sustanon. And as you know sustanon has some short, long and very long esters in it. Just do the best you can and as you say you will train the best you can while on holiday. Gosh if I had the chance to surf and hike and have a great holiday with your family and friends I wouldnt worry. Just hit it hard when you get back and do a proper PCT.

I have been in this game for decades and diet has always been the hardest thing for me. There is a book I once saw and the title was "you are what you eat" and it is so true. Heck, just take a trip to wallmart and look around. Or check what people in front of you in the store have on their cart. My diet is so boring and is about the same all the time unless I'm needing tons more calories.It can be pretty boring at times but it shows in the gym.
