    Test Cycle

I just wanted some opinions on if it is stupid for me to do a test enanthate cycle because of how young I am. I just turned 20 years old. I'm not sure of my exact bodyfat percentage, but you can see in my profile picture that it is relatively good and not too high. I have been lifting pretty consistantly for about four years now. I am six foot one inches tall and 235 pounds. My bech is 415, deadlift 600, and squat 580, all raw. This would be my first cycle and I was planing on doing 200 or 250 mg twice a week for 8 or 10 weeks. I was thinking of taking .25 - 1 mg of arimiplex a day and 500iu HCG twice a week. I'm basically following the template in the First Cycle and PCT thread. And my Post Cycle would also match what the thread recommends....

Day 1-16 : 2500iu HCG every other day. (You may use less HCG if your testes are normal in size AND you have been using HCG on cycle, i.e. 1,000iu HCG eod.)

100/100/100/50 Clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3)

    20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin (20mg daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily in week 4)

3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses

    10g creatine daily

I was thinking of adding some dbol at the beginning too, but decided since this is going to be my first cycle to just stay simple with the Test Enanthate. As far as my training goes.. I mix it up a lot, but it is geared more towards a powerlifting goal. I follow a modified version of westside barbell template mixed in with some bodybuilding type movements. It is what I've found to work for me. My diet is pretty good where I ate plenty protein. But my goals for this cycle is some extra size and strength. Any advice would be appreciated and if the general concensus is that I should wait a few years because I am too young, then I will probably just wait. Thank you very much and just ask if you have any questions. Thanks again.

although very impressive for a 20 yo, you should wait until at least 25 yo. you seem to have great genetic potential. i am about the same size as you and been in the game for quite some time. you could benefit from natural gains. give it some time before you cross he threshhold of the darkside.

You seem very well informed and I commend you on that. Hell friend all your lifts are very impressive so I'd say you are doing just fine without anabolics. Most people feel a person should be 25 but personally I feel a lot of that has to do with the maturity level and how knowledgable a person is. Theres a lot to be said though about use all your natural abilities up to the point where you cannot go beyond first. In your case I wouls suggest you have a few more years of natural training and from the sounds of it will continue to make tremendous gains without any aids at this point. Perhaps take this time to perfect your training and your knowledge of nutrition. Knowledge is power and again I say it shows that you study and are willing to listen and learn. You'r doing great, keep it up. P.S. Hell I wish I had totals like yours. LOL

Thank you both very much. I really appreciate it. I have tried pro-hormones before I was very educated about some things and I know it was probably stupid at my age. I try to do my research because I'm sure it gets annoying when people ask silly things. I'm glad you guys weren't too hard on me for being silly or anything. I'm sure you both know what it's like to hit plateaus and I have been stuck where I am right now with my lifts and size. It was very frustrating and wanted to try something for a little extra help. But I will just continue to try to change up my program and improve on my dieting and hopefully I will get out of this rut. Thank you very much and I will keep everything you said in mind.

I'd say you should wait until you are 23.

At 20 yo, your natural test levels should be very high. Imagine if you lifted for the next five years naturally than did a cycle? That would be an awesome base to start from. Using AS at your age opens you up to future hormone problems. By using AS, you are shutting down your natural test which can have serious implications in the future b/c chances are once you do one cycle, you'll want to do a second and third and next thing you know you'll be 25 with over ten cycles under your belt but your hormonal balance will be out of whack. Why don't you try super sets or other techniques before you dive in. Super sets were an Arnold favorite. Good luck to you whatever you choose.

No problem and good luck. You're already pretty damn big and strong. You'll be a beast in a few years!
