I need help getting a stack that will give me real results. I have been going off what a friend suggests, but I feel he's ripping me off! I have competed in natural shows in the past, but now want to venture.

I'm 32 and weigh 190lbs and have no health issues to worry about. I have a good lifting ethic. I lift about 4 to 5 days a week and do cardio about 3. I want to put on about 10 to 15 lbs that most of the gains will stay after the fact. I'm not looking for anything here other than advice on what works well together to get the gains I'm seeking.

yea man i wouldnt mess with that. i have had a good bit of experience with many different brands and kinds of orals and have never seen a capsule. as far as the powders go many powders usually they need to be made into injectables; they arent just taken as a powder. sounds like this dude is slinging you some creatine and diuretic pills pills from wal-mart. i have known people to do that too. sell over the counter diuretics posing as winny or clen and people lose a lil weight and harden up and think they had the real thing.
as far as a cycle to gain 10-15lbs that will stay. you can go two different routes. if u hit a hard mass building cycle that puts on 20-25lbs its likely you will keep 10-15lbs of it if you do good PCT. I personally have had good results that put on that kind of weight with Test-400, Dbol (for the first 4 weeks of the cycle), and either EQ or Deca.; followed by a PCT containing Novedex (usually 2 weeks after ur last pin to let the long esters of the T 400 clear) and immediatley after my last pin for a month I take a peptide such as IGF LR3 or IGF DES 1,3 for four weeks. Your gains will continue for that month and you will become very hard. peptides can be tricky from a math standpoint and reconstitution standpoint so make sure you do your homework before if your not familiar with them, but they are def worth it. Dont take for longer than 4-5 weeks as your IGF receptors will become saturated.
Route two would be too scratch the anabolics and just do the peptides. see peptides cause muscle cell hyperplasia; meaning you going to keep your gains..theres no water retention here. the intensity of your workouts and your stamina will be incredible as the IGF blocks the formation of lactic acid...meaning you are able to train longer and more often. if you want to stick with the anabolics try a cycle containing Tren Enanthate, T bol( once again for the first four weeks only)...that alone will get you the 10-15 lbs of hard lean mass if not more but i think you would like the effects that adding winny or EQ would give you. Although the gains of EQ are usually lean and retainable it must be taken for 12 weeks to really get the effect.
