    Wats up bros, got a quick Q. Would it be possible to extract ephedrine from bronkaid to make my own ECA pills instead of taking 3 seperate pills? Jus a Q... Thanx guys. *no stupid meth comments please

    If you have had the correct diet and been training since you were 13 why are you HGH and ephedrine to lose weight ?

    Maybe you should re-evaluate your diet and training. I'm saying this because I think it would save you a lot of money bro. Waste some of that cash on a women Bro.

    Yes, you're eating 2090 (or less if you're cutting. I have no idea how you got that odd of a number for maintenance, or how you achieve it, regardless: ) Post a fitday journal entry of a single day. I have not yet once seen a single macro amount be posted by you, yet you're on test, hgh, and t3 if I remember right.

    If you want us to help at least have the courtesy of proving us wrong that your diet is balls.

    Thanx alot for all the help guys. Really appreciTe it. Breakfats:2yolks 3 whittes with veggies. Than protein shake. Lunch chicken veggies than 2hrs later protein shake. Dinner some kinda meat and veggies. 2 hrs later protein shake. That's what my diet would be. Changed up a oil frm time to time. Not much tho. Reefed once a week. Thanx peeps
