    There is no "best way". To many factors to consider....using aas, slin, hgh, etc. all effect dosing protocols (including age and goals). Doesn't do much solo.

    age 31 w- 170 h-5-6 bf -8%
    plan on runing it with test e 600mgs a week .25 adex eod and 2.5mg a day of finsteride goals bulk. i have done reaserch on igf-1 i just want others opions that have exp with this peptide i know theres not just one way run it i am just trying to get as much info as i can so when that time comes i wiil know whats going to work the best for me thanks

    I shoot it in my lagging bodyparts cause it improves the pump of these muscles. There`s no such thing as local growth, you`re right on this point, and personnally i wouldn`t spend any money on any peptides except GHRP-6 cause there`s too little scientific evidence and data on other peptides that proves they works, i prefer HGH and GHRP-6 combo as part of a pct protocol!!!

    The point is that`s after your training your IGF1 levels are at their lowest, and you want your level to rise until your next training session,as better pumps usually means better blood flow and better nutrients delivery into the muscles...But then again all this is just plain old BRO SCIENCE!!!

    ya but thinking lr3 extension should make stable igf levels the whole time your using it and thats why i think post workout injections might be pointless
