I made a error in starting my first cycle, im 5'11 192 atleast 15% body fat. when i started my cycle i was 182 that was 5 weeks ago. i started with testonon 250 and am ending with QV sustanon 275. i started witha frontload of 750 mg and until week 5 i was running 500 mg a week. i have now uped my dose to roughly 660 mg a week. my strength is through the roof im gaining weight im beginning to get acne on my chest but id say that is normal. im not getting any gyno or bloating but i am noticing my prostate is a little touchy. i made a total douchebag move and decided to intake like 3000 calories a day for the first 3 weeks and realized that was stupid now im intaking more like 1500 calories a day with about 200 g protein. the advice i need is first off can i take this cycle all the way to 12 weeks. second question is after i take my 2 months off what would be the best stack for me to run for my second cycle. i really wanna drop my body fat down to like 9 or 10 % and stack some quality muscle on top

lol on the touchy thing. i can tell my prostate is a little aggrivated, when i try to piss its a little difficult..... it doesnt hurt just difficult and it hurts when i do the #2 somtimes. and as far as the calories at 15% body fat 3000 calories a day isnt allowing me to drop any body fat.

What are your goals? Are you trying to bulk? Or to cut?

I agree with allan84, it really depends on your goals. Bulking & cutting require 2 different types of cycles and how many cycles have you done in the past And of what? then it would be easier to figure out and help you
definately sounds like your bulking with the gear amounts. I have never had a problem with body fat so i may be wrong when i say this (and everyone is different)...... Maybe you should go ahead with the 3000-3500 and try and put on as much muscle mass as you can. The more muscle mass you put on, the more calories you will burn. .
Example: Alot of people on cycle find that they plateau after about 8-10 weeks, but start losing fat for some reason. They think thats the limit of muscle the gear will allow them to put on. Thats because after you put on alot of mass you have to adjust to a higher calorie intake for the muscle you have put on in order to keep growing. If you don't then you will not put on anymore weight but become more cut.
originally my goal on this was to bulk the fuck up, the problem is that i already had a high bf% to start with so the high calorie intake was doin nuthin but makin me fatter no matter how much i worked out. so at this point im just dropping my calorie intake and upping my protein intake. id like to do whatever i can this cycle to get nice definition with little body fat. but my next cycle i wanna do 2 things.... and being a newb im not sure if this is possible but id like to get big muscles and cut up.
You said you got fatter in the cycle. but you couldn't have been too fat if you gained 10 pounds and are 15% body fat. so what did you start out at. just as long as you can keep your top two abs visible your are doin good when bulking

First of all, it's not good to go on a cycle when you have high bodyfat. I don't know what was your bodyfat, but It is not recommended if it's more than 15%, generally. Secondly, you can not bulk and cut on the same cycle. When you bulk, you will gain muscles and fat, which is ok. I would advice you to not drop your calories intake, if you don't want to gain lots of fat the do more cardio. Your next cycle can be a cutting one. Bottom line, don't worry about cutting and definition at the moment, gain as much mass as you can. Good luck bro.

i'd suggest that at 1500 cals you are catabolic all day long, and your metabolism is slowed, we'd need more information to determine your caloric intake needs before you are losing muscle..
