    Thanks Pyes

Thanks for saying pinning in the calf wasn't bad. Until I read you saying that, I thought that would be too painfull to try. Just did my first and not bad and easy to see and administer. Don't know if I'll be sore tomorrow but thank you. I was loking for a second spot, besides quads, as most of you say 2x week pinning is better than one. I now have my second spot. Thanks again Bro.

Ty gentlemen for all the kind words. if it was a shorter ester there may be pain, if not I seriously doubt you will have pain unless you had turrets syndrome while the pin was in your leg...lol.
Calves are not bad at all....however, I am terrified to pin my upper body, especially my chest...other do their chest no problem and they are afriad to hit calves...lol When i was doing test prop i injected everyday, so I needed alot of spots to rotate...i hit left glute, right glute, left quad, right quad, left calf, right calf...and then I started over again.
Anyhow, thank you guys again for the kind words.

I normally pin quads but wanted to see if Pyes was crazy or was on to something. I'm sore but not unreasonable, so far.

What works for one person may not work for another. Some may be able to put 2ml in that muscle without a prob. but another may just do a 1/2 ml and limp for days. just depends on the person. But glad to hear its workin out for ya

You would have to say that, Pyes!!! I'm pretty frigging sore today. I'm still a newbie so I didn't realize the relationship between injection volume and discomfort as I have always done Quads and had no problems. Next week, on the other calf, I will try 1 cc and see if it's better. Still a good place to pin!

you wont really know until you come back to the same sore calf....once you hit it again...it should be okay...the first pins usually hurt a bit. Maybe my claves are just different...IDK.

Pyes, I am suffering now. I have a bit of a limp for the first 4 steps after I get up from sitting. Once I take a couple of steps I'm fine, just feels like a bruise. I'm still doing the other calf next week. Black belts don't cry! Time to suck it up.

No apology needed. I just injected too much, by the sound of things. I'll know next week when I do the other side and only inject 1 cc.

Most of the pain has subsided but I just noticed, from the knee down is fairly swollen. Normal for this kind of screw up?
