I'm 45 yr old . 6'2" and weigh 174 lbs approx 8% body fat.
Have been lifting for for MANY years with little results .
Just finished my 1st cycle of test cyp and eq for 12 weeks . got cut and stronger but gained little weight . waiting 3 months then thinking about a cycle of tren /sust / eq . will this help with gaining muscle weight ?
Should I throw in some test or is that a little much ?
Help a brother out !

You are right . I did read that it was . will that cycle be a good one for strength and size ?
not to worried about the size as long as I get stronger although I think getting stronger will have to give me some size but it hasn"t really worked out that way for me

Those are very low doses. I wouldn't expect much from those doses unless you have VERY low hormone levels to begin with.


I would first question your workout program, all those who I know that have been lifting for "MANY" years all have impressive size....natty or not. AAS will help, but the ONLY thing that's really going to give you more size is more food. Bottom line.
Eat, train, eat, sleep, eat, eat and repeat. Double your caloric intake, you can afford to with 8% bf. Work our correctly and that number shouldn't flux all that much.
EQ can help give you size, but it has to be run at high doses for extended periods of time. If I'm not mistaken, you were taking 400mg of it a week. That's not enough....same with your test dose (some will argue this point). Test dose should never be less than 500mg EW, IMHO.
Looking for mass? Try test e, deca, and anadrol. That stack is really hard to beat when looking for size. I explode on it.

Thanks . I do heavy sets till exhaustion ( for me ) and to be honest have been lifting regularly for about 15 years . I do eat about 6 times a day - no sweets but love my fried food ( I know ) . I was thinking about deca but my wife and I are very sexually active and I'm afraid of the side affects . If I can get some more insght on that I would really think about it .

Im bulking now and im not doing any type of cardio because it will burn up some of the calories I eat. If it was me I would cut out B-ball, you burn alot of calories while playing. Thats why on your 1st cycle u gained strenght but little size. What you eat its very important also. Hopefully you get the size you are looking for on your next cycle. Do the one Vic said Test E or C 500-600 wk, Deca 300-400wk and Dbol weeks 1-4 and you will see some gains.


Victor is on the money, as usual... As for training... I's suggest reasearching some Westside barbell & DC training. Rest and recovery is key and is something I never even considered over the years. You grow while you recover.

If my doses were small , do you think I still need to do a pct ? If so , what is best and when should I start ?
Read that I should begin pct about 5-7 days after my cycle is complete.
