Was told that my cycle of 400 test /400eq was a low dosage and not enough . If so do I still need to do a pct and what would be best ?
Read I should start one About 5-7 days after my cycle .
Is that correct ?

You have a lot of reading to do. I would read the sticky at the top of this forum labeled "first cycle". You will find all your answers to your questions there. Plus some additional information that you are currently lacking. Most guys start out at 500mg of test for their first cycle. Your natural test is going to be shutdown so you will need a PCT planned out and ready to go before you start your cycle. Start your research.

got it .
going to do some nolvadex for a few weeks but I will most definetly read up .
Have been reading alot about everything and have a few friends that are helping me out . Now that I am never going to get " big " but want to be / stay strong ( for my size ) as I get older .

pct 2 weeks after last inject if taking eq. Doses are fine for first time , maybe on the high side, actually.
