    pain ?

OK so i pinned this morning syntrop blend10 olm... (100mgprop,100mgdeca,100mgmast)
I usually pin in my thigh or my delt but i switched it to my calf just to see if I could take it.
I know it seems crazy but I did legs yesterday anyways so it didnt really matter...
Anyways, now I have a opportunity to play some hockey tomorow and my calf is too sore to play. not too sore to walk. but definitely too sore to play. is there anything I can do overnight to get rid of the pain. Maybe a trick of the trade I dont know about.

Well I have been getting pain every shot due to it being virgin muscle and first cycle.

Best thing i have found that works is to stretch the muscle, massage it and put some heat on the area.

There is nothing you can do bro......heat pad is only temporary......you shot calf (which people hate because of pain, but I get no pain there) but you also shot 100mg of prop.....that is painful no matter where you shoot it. so you have 2 things working against you here.

I found that having my g/f massage the shit out of it, even if it hurts like a bitch when she's doing it. After about 10 minutes the pain has been decreased by like 40%. It seems to work for a while too.

Pyes is on the money. Prop hurts. I would not shoot it in my calf, or anything else for that matter, but that's just me.
