    2nd cycle advice

    I'm already starting to plan my second cycle and wanted some input. What is the basic second cycle? My goal would be to put on lean mass. Not a bulk cycle but not a cutting cycle so I guess a lean bulk. Looking for about 10-15 lbs on second cycle. I like Test E so I'd like to build something around Test E or C. Also bc I don't want to pin ed so I'd like to avoid prop. I was thinking maybe:

    500 mg Test E weeks 1-12
    400 mg EQ weeks 1-14 or 16
    anavar 50-100 mg ed weeks 13-16

    should I increase my Test to maybe 600 or 750 pw since I did 500 this cycle?I'd like to stick to something mild and want to avoid winny bc I hv joint issues and no dbol or arol just bc if the tbol gave me gyno symptoms like I got and the weight gain I experienced, I don't think I need either of those. Also maybe considering Deca instead of the EQ. What do you guys think? Of course, the typical pct, ai's and possibly hcg but not sure yet. Thanks!

    with test, eq and var, will get lean. test, deca, , you will bulk up!

    No tren? I'm not sure what to tell you, but I have my eyes set on a stack of test/tren/mast this spring... Sad ain't it? 4th inject of 24 and already thinking of the next.

    I'm in the same spot you are. Just did my 4th of 24 and planning a spring cycle. I'm staying away from Tren. I heard good things about it but a lot of bad things as well.

    Looks good, I've done similar with good results. I'd suggest doing 2-3 weeks var in the beginning because it takes a bit for the long esthers to kick in. Could still do var in the end also.

    You can do better.

    The compounds you plan on using are weak at best.

    Your DIET is going to determine what type of mass you gain. The AAS is just something that's going to enhance the diet and the training.

    A "lean bulk" just means you're keeping the diet as clean as possible. If that's the case why not use something that's going to "bulk" you up better than a cutting agent?

    I would drop the anavar if you are only gonna use it 3 weeks.

    That would be four weeks. Week 13, 14, 15 & 16
