    Honestly, it's poorly done.

    You've got two cutting agents in there, the diet is questionable and you're body fat is just too high to be doing this.

    Personally, I think you can do better.

    did you know that you can not convert kilograms to pounds. In the mathematical world there is no such conversion even though you see it on all types of things.

    This has absolutely nothing to do with this thread. I was just wondering what 80kg is in pounds. Most say 2.2, which is close but there really is not actual conversion.

    I would leave out the masteron and EQ and opt for something else. You aren't going to be impressed with the masteron or EQ if mass is what you are after. maybe an oral and something along the lines of Deca. tren adds a lot of mass to me as well.

    I agree with CT. Try doing a bit more research on different compounds, what they are used for, and how they stack with others.

    OK cool i quess

    From what i've read ppl enjoy eq for a lean bulk - which is what im after. Masteron is there for the AI properties and keeping me happy.

    I don't wanna go the tren route as i don't wanna be battling with those sides.

    IF i go deca i would rather do npp again then the long ester.

    BUt im trying to give all compounds a go and see what works best for me

    1 Kilo=2.20462262 Lbs

    Most of the world uses the metric system, as it is far more efficient and simpler to use. The conversion above is accurate enough for virtually any purpose. Just my 2 cents.

    Instead of trying everything to see what works best for you why don't you choose a goal and then select 2-3 different compounds for that goal?

    AGAIN, your DIET is the underlying factor, NOT THE GEAR you choose to use.

    Masteron is NOT a substitute for an A/I and would be a waste to use it in such a manner.

    @ CT - OK well for my goals what diet ratio would work if u don't mind. I was looking at the following P/C/F - 40%/21%/39%

    1.5g of protein per lb of body weight.
    1.5g of carbs per lb of body weight.
    What ever is left should be a healthy fat choice.

    300g Protein
    355g Carbs
    55g Fat

    This is just for starters, you'll need to take body calliper measurements along with skin fold numbers and of course scale weight. Do this every two weeks to see how you're progressing. Not gaining enough, add more calories. Gaining too much drop some of the calories.

    It's a trial and error process and no two people are the same, you're really going to have to keep diligent notes and measurements to fine tune this thing.

    kilo = mass
    pound = weight

    that is why there is no "actual" conversion.

    slug is mass unit in english or something like that.

    this is part of the non sense i learn on a daily basis
