    okay
    Okay today was my first day of PCT


    weight-240

    weight before cycle-221

    so i have put on i would say about 5 lbs of fat maybe more but under 10 for sure

    PCT as of now- Clomid 50/50/25/25, tcf-1, testopro and whats left of my HCGenerate


    and the kicker- SARM s1


    I will be adding this in as soon as it gets here (prolly wensday) and after i have been on it a week, i will begin recomping- yes i an aware i am cutting cals in PCT- but please bear in mind i will be on a SARM which will prevent me from loosing mass and as i am not yet CUTTING my caloric cuts wont be too steep.

    UPDATE
    taste- -50/10- nastyness
    Vascularity- nothing yet(takes a week to kick in)
    Strength- Dont know will update after legs today
    Mood- 8/10 i feel alpha male symptoms already- although I attribute this to HCGenerate and testopro more so than the s1
    Libido-5/10 nutrel as of now

    UPDATE

    legs went great!

    btw today was day 7 of PCT

    my last weigh in was day 5 at 237 and today at day 7 i am up to 239


    at the end of my cycle i was at 240.5


    strength-rising

    squat was
    385x6,385x6, 385x4
    Leg ext- full rack (285) x8,7,7,
    Hamcurls- 150-8,7,7
    Lunges-90-6,6,6!

    OKay OSTA works 100% legit


    I feel like the alpha male

    and my strength- hasnt gone down at all NONE 0 % so as this reaches its full ptential ohhh i cant wait


    todays routine

    Cardio-20 mins on elpitical- Hear rate was between 140-175 whole time

    then did shoulders


    Warmup

    Dumbell shoulder press-65-6,6,6

    Upright row- 110-6,5,5
    Side raises-30-6,6,6,
    Reardelt machine-150-8,6,6

    Reardelt raises-20-5,6,6

    Traps- barbell shrugs-225-8,8,8,
    Behind back barbell shrugs-225-6,6,6,


    lovin it

    weight is at 234

    UPDATE!

    Vasularity-UP! I would say its now a 7/10 whereas b4 it was 5/10
    Libido-8/10
    Mood-10/10
    Strength retention-10/10-none lost in PCT
    mass-ehh bout the same

    since im recomp/cut i think i will loose some

    anyways will up[date tonight with a weigh ion!

    muscle fullness- 10/10 my arms are PUMPED legs too!
    Mood- 10/10
    libido-5/10- but Clomid kills my libido anyways
    strength- 10/10- so far no strength lost but like i said tommorrow will be the test- when does nkts come out? I NEED SOME I DONT WANT IT I NEED IT

    okay here is the chest workout update


    Strength is not only the same as it was ON its better

    while on i was repping 225 on bench for 5-6 reps for 3 sets- now im repping 230 for 4-5 reps for 4 sets! Bench is up 5 lbs

    Dips- i could only hit 6 reps as this part of my chest is very underdeveloped(this was ON)
    Today I did 8 reps, then 7, then 6 so that went up as well

    Inclinedumbell press- did 70's like butter so i moved up to 75 (what i was doing while ON)
    fackin pushed those out for 6,6,6, and the 70 lbs was for 7 reps- so that is holding steady

    by this time my chest was facked i have NEVER done four sets and the extra sets eally nuked my chesticles

    soooo i went to flys and so fack it im upin the weight

    did 50 lbs dum flys forrrrrrrr lemme see...........6,5,5,3- something like that so thats legit
    and did decline cable flys- i was doing 70 lbs but i had to drop to 60 to rep it out

    not dissapointed at all with this chest workout


    summary- osta is working- ive gotten stronger in PCT and i think its only going to get better
    weight-233 so im down 7 lbs- mostly water i believe some muscle maybe

    im going to workout back today

    started a new routine soo should be nice


    i have lost 7 lbs but my arms are still 16' which is what they where at end of cycle

    they where 15.5 b4 cycle so thats GOOD!

    pumps- great facking great! My back was so pumped today it hurt (not a bad hurt but yall know what i mean when u get a REALLY good pump)

    like i told j today my joints feel great! I woke up and did fasted cardio for twenty minutes

    Usually after cardio my knee joints hurt- always have really but today nothing they felt great and yesterday on bench- my shoulders usually twang a bit but nothing was smooooothhhh


    wastline- not yet but i notice some fat reduction in my arms-which is always the first place on my body that i start dropping fat


    sooooooo lets see

    im cutting (yes please spare me the banter gentlemen i know im in PCT) and my strength is the same as it was on cycle and i am half way thru my PCT and in some lifts i have made gains


    so at a calorie deficit i am maintaining strength and improving in some areas- unheard of?


    Not with osta it seems!

    leg workout

    squat 365 x8, x8, x 7 - this is the most i have ever done here
    was hitting 385x6 ON decided to lower eight up reps
    leg ext- 285 (full rack)-x7 x8 x8
    hamstring curls-150x8 165x8 x8 this is a 10 lb increase- in PCT
    lunges-100x6x6x6- another 10 lb increas in PCT

    okay update


    up a lb sitting at 231 right now so 9 lbs lost during PCT- at least 5 lbs water

    im getting thinner too i dont feel fat as fock and my cuts r starting to come in around my waist

    waist size is 41' (keep in mind my genetics i have big bones- yes i have fat too lol)

    lifts are all great today was arms with deads thrown in


    joints smooth- weight increasing(mass) fat decreasing so far so good

    okay im upping my dose to 15 mg ed i dont know if i mentioned that lol

    after i do the math as 1/2 ml =12.5mg and 1 whole ml=25mg i am going to have to calculate this lol but i will be using a syringe as it is accurate enough for this proceduer

    today is cardio again and weight lifting resumes tommorrow

    MOTHER OF GOD!


    Okay I am up 1.5lbs- so im sitting at 231.5 and i am LOOSING more and more fat each day


    this **** is wonderful, it really is!


    Guys get in on this!



    Imagine how much weight i would have gained if i where still eating at bulk and no cardio?

    Hah i cut out 50g of carbs and upped cardio to 3x a week and this is my results!


    Stay tuned tommorrow is chest day bishes!

    UPDATE


    Waits size is done .25 of an inch- my mass is still there havent loss much of it if any


    im actually recomping brah- but this **** is wiping fat off me lol

    I have 4 vials of GHRP-6 on the way- a peptide which releases HGH

    will be taking it 250mcg 3x a day waiting an hour to eat after each dose


    chest workout- lost some strength was quite dissapointed with myself- but today just was an off day wasnt feeling it, eh tommorrow is back so that always cheers me up i love back- weight is steady-230-231.5

    update

    weight is still at 230 and i continue to become leaner and leaner


    my waist is down from 41 to 40.5 inches and my shirts fit me better


    today was back tommorrow be legs- strength is still up in my back so im pleased with that


    GHRP-6 should be here friday or sat and im going to begin injecting that asap


    does anyone know if it has localized fat loss characteristics? like if injected in love handles will those get eatin away?

    well- 7 days ago my waits was 41' today I measured- its at 40'! thats great news for me- i have lost 2 lbs slowly over the past 2 weeks- so im quite certain its fat as there has not been any massive cuts in my diet! Im looking leaner and clothes fit nicely.


    Arm workout went well

    Curls 80lb- x7 x7 x7
    hammer curls 25x6x7x7
    Reverse grip 60x7 x7 x7
    spider curls 20 lbs x6x6x6

    triceps
    dips bw-x7x7x5(failed) just started doing these
    French press 60-x6x6x6
    JM press 75x6x6x6
    Reverse grip overhead pull 80x7x7x7
    rope pulldown- 100-x7x7x7


    i got my need to slin- i used it 30 mins before my post workout meal of 72g carbs(white rice for quick sugar and glycogen) and 46 g of whey isolate/concentrate blend

    at first i was dissapointed because I felt bloated as usual after my pwo meal- however its been 10 mins since i ate and i do not feel bloated at all

    okay so today is day 26 on ostarine


    my strength has improved slightly ( i attribute this to mass as osta is not androgenic)

    my waist is down from 41' to 39.5'


    im loving this stuff

    soo i got blood work done as i was taking osta in pct- guess what- osta is not suppressive

    test-694
    estro-70(HIGH) (cause of clomid)
    fsh and lh where in normal ranges and as estro lowers they will raise


    apparently sarm mk-2866 is safe in pct- im getting bloods done again after im off sarm to be certain tho
