Hi, i am nearing the end of my first cycle. i will give everyone some stats and details so i can be better assisted. when i began my first cycle i was 5'11 179 pounds. im guessing my body fat was about 11 or 12%. i began my cycle on 750 mg frontloaded and 500 mg week thereafter of zafa testonon 250. i ran that for 4.5 weeks. after that i began using quality vet sustanon 275. the last week of zafa just didnt feel like enough so i upped my dose on the quality vet at week 5 to 660 a week, then at week 6 i went to 715 mg a week. im on week 7 and ive decided to hold steady at 715 mg a week for a few reasons. at 715 i began developing acne on my chest.... not bad but bad enough, my blood pressure sometimes feels through the roof and i get aggrivated very very easily. i dont rage out or anything but god somtimes i feel like it. so im guessin 715 is my ceiling. anyway while i was on the zafa testonon my body weight jumped from 179 to 184, in my opinion not very good. i would not recomend zafa testonon because i believe it is either completely fake or way underdosed. but since i began the quality vet my body weight has jumped from 184 to 192 in a mere 2.5 weeks, my libido is sky high and i feel really good. here is where im stumped on what to do. i didnt get very much off my first 4.5 weeks and im considering going ahead and running this cycle for 12 weeks instead of 10..... any advice on this would be helpful. but now to the real question. when this cycle is finished im taking 2-3 months off to get my levels back to normal but i plan on running a cutting cycle in say feb or march. i know that obviously my base will be some form of testosterone but as far as my cutting agent im seriously considering involving clenbuterol and either winny, deca, or tren. the results im hoping to get is an extremely ripped 180 pounds and i really want my strength through the roof. i have an insanely hard time with my diet as i find it hard to ingest to amounts of food i need to. through protein powders and supplements im able to intake 3000 calories a day and 250 grams of protein. from what im reading it seems that tren is what i need to achieve this but i have also read that its not a agent for newer users. can someone or many fellow forum users assist me in my decision.
Ok, first off I never believed in tapering up test levels, some may disagree but that is my opinion. I usually only run cycles for 8 weeks at a time and then re-evaluate everything. Am I getting too fat? Am I still lean enough to go another 8 weeks? Am I too lean? Do I just want to maintain for 8 weeks before deciding what to do next? Everyone is different.
Again, in my opinion, it makes ZERO sense with what you're trying to do. You're going to finish this bulk, then go to PCT and loose about 20% of your gains if you're lucky and then cut and loose even more muslce?
You say you started at 15% BF? EVERYONE seems to estimate on the light side of this figure, post up some picures to get an honest answer.
In general people want to keep going back and forth with bulking and cutting and they never truly end up anywhere. Ask yourself where go you want to be ideally? Lay out a realistic goal of where you want to be and then go do it. Going from 15% BF to below 10 is going to take more than 10-12 weeks if you want to do it right.
Your body doesn't like these massive changes you inflict upon it. Up 15 lbs one month and then down 17 the next, how can you make ANY progress by going back and forth like that?
all i can reply with is that i decided to use my first cycle to build quality muscle and with the weight gain came fat gain as well. i really wanna be ripped with decent size muscle..... not huge but decent
