    Post cycle libido help?

Ok my buddy is 2 weeks out of his pct from a 12 week test e and dbol cycle, pct was nolvadex, he is still having trouble with his libido. I told him to get blood work, otherwise it is probably all in his head and to give it time. He usually listens to me and for some reason on this matter he won't, so I told him I'd ask around on the boards. So any suggestions for supplements? He won't accept the mental explanation. Thanks for the help in advance.

Nolvadex is really the answer, but to up his libido, have him use some extra zinc and arginine for ED.
Sexual aggression is another area, it may be just time to readjust only because he may be used to the overcharged feelings of increased test. He can try trib (german trib), but I'm not really certain if it works or not. Horny goat weed might be of use. The problem is, most of the this shit doesnt work much, if at all.

hcg followed by Clomid + Nolva would of been a better option. Tadalafil or sildenafil is a good addition to your PCT toolbox as well. He should look into that.

Also, Adding in extra saturated fat and cholesterol to the diet (as well as zinc as previously stated) are all good ideas, too.

Saturated fats, good one. I almost forgot that one. sildenafil = viagra. Good for boners, but I think this geared towards the mental aspect.

His prolactin could still be off. Macuna and B-6 could help to lower it and increase libido.

I did a quick search on PubMed and came up with this:

trans-Resveratrol, a natural antioxidant from grapes, increases sperm output in healthy rats.
    Juan ME, González-Pons E, Munuera T, Ballester J, Rodríguez-Gil JE, Planas JM.

Departament de Fisiologia, Facultat de Farmŕcia, Universitat de Barcelona, E-08028 Barcelona, Spain.
    Abstract
trans-Resveratrol was reported to have health benefits including anticarcinogenic effects and protection against cardiovascular disease. One of the mechanisms by which it exerts its action is through modulating the estrogen response systems. Because estrogen is involved in male reproductive biology, we investigated the effect of trans-resveratrol on testis and spermatogenesis. Adult male rats were divided into 2 groups. The treated group was administered by gavage 20 mg/(kg . d) of trans-resveratrol suspended in 10 g/L of carboxymethylcellulose for 90 d, whereas the control group received only carboxymethylcellulose during the same period. The relative weight of testes did not differ between the groups. However, the diameter of the seminiferous tubules was significantly reduced from 437.5 +/- 0.1 mum in the controls to 310.9 +/- 0.1 mum in the resveratrol-treated rats. This decrease was accompanied by a significant increase in tubular density, from 3.20 +/- 0.18 in controls to 6.58 +/- 0.18 tubules/mm(2) in the treated group. Moreover, sperm counts were significantly greater in the resveratrol-treated rats (24.8 +/- 3.30 x 10(7)) than in the control group (14.1 +/- 0.80 x 10(7)), but sperm quality did not differ. Serum concentrations of gonadotrophins and testosterone were significantly higher in the resveratrol-treated group. We identified a novel activity of trans-resveratrol. The daily oral administration of this phytochemical to adult male rats enhanced sperm production by stimulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, without inducing adverse effects.

So...who knows? Might be something to that.

This is in vivo, but still, do some research. Might be a good idea to use this.

yeah, I've had good luck with adding sustain alpha and TCF-1 to my PCT to help my libido out!

I also use bulk 1-Carboxy and yohimbine HCL as well.
