And does cycling help burn body fat if you consumed the same amount of calories while not on cycle. I though I heard more muscle=higher metabolism...wasn't sure if that was true
I think it is true bro. I'm ok a bulking cycle and loosing BF. Checkout my thread I just posted if u like. But ya eventhough your on a cutting cycle you still have to eat alot but alot of clean on point calories and hit some cardio. I'm not doing any cardio BTW. Good luck with your research man

More muscle does equal higher metabolism, yes that is true.
However, depending on what type of cycle you are on..... some can cause elevated estrogen levels which make fat and water gain very easy.
Tren seems to be the exception here, within reason.... people claim to be able to eat quite a bit on Tren and stay "lean". This was my experience with Tren, I ate heavy, but very clean and only lost fat. But Tren is not for the novice.
I have a log going thats called opinions please, starting in the morning.
It's a ways down in the anobolic zone but I think you may find it interesting.
In my case I started with 1/2 cc 250mgs of xtr500 which is a blend of 150mgs tren E, 250 test E and 100mgs test prop and I was doing 1cc 100mgs testoterone phenylpropionate for a total of 700 mgs per wk. Pins mon & thurs. Well into my cycle I am now adding another 250mgs test cyp for the last 4 wks of a 12 wk'er. In my case my waist has gotten smaller, I'm much more cut, more vascular and defined. Started at 205 and am currently 214 but obviously much stronger. Just started adding 20 mgs of halotestin per day aswell.
So to answer your question I have lost a lot of body fat AND put on some lean mass with what many people would consider a bulking cycle.
It's all in the diet.
I need to make another post because I have gotten behind a week.
Check it out.
My products are for the most part genxxl.

Amen my brother! It is all in the diet. Im glad you got yours cleaned up and getting yourself leaner. I remember you not having your diet in order when you started. You all should check out this expert log and learn some things.
Thank you so much for the compliment my brother. But I have to admit on this cycle I have had to do lots of experimentation with ai's, a little letro, stopping Hcg and other variables because I have a lump from decades ago that loves to flare if I let it. It's all a learning process.
For some it's simple and other like me have to experiment to get everything tuned in just right.
Tomarrows pin day so I will update what I'm talking about.
Change in fat-free mass (A), fat mass (B), leg press strength (C), thigh muscle volume (D), quadriceps muscle volume (E), sexual function (F), insulin-like growth factor I (G), and prostate-specific antigen (H). Data are means ± SE. *Significant differences from all other groups (P < 0.05); significant difference from 25-, 50-, and 125-mg doses (P < 0.05); +significant difference from 25- and 50-mg doses (P < 0.05); and significant difference from 25-mg dose (P < 0.05). (14)
Now this is very interesting. You´ll note that the most fat was lost by the group in this study who used the highest dose (600mgs/week), and the most Fat Free mass, Strength and Muscle Volume was gained, when compared to any of the lower doses studied (14). Basically, the more testosterone you use (and this holds true for almost all steroids), the more gains you´ll get! I know that the previous statement will ruffle some feathers in the "less is more" club, but that´s simply too bad... more test = more muscle, more strength, more size, and less fat.
yeah im hoping to lean up a bit on this test e cycle im doing, im only on second week but yeh have up'd the calories a bit so already feeling like im gaining some fat starting to look softer . . . , hope in a couple weeks time the test will kick in and ill tone up a bit by end of cycle?
i have a real wide back n shoulders but also hips are a lookin a little wide, so my body v tapers but then at my hips it curvs out a little bit, do u reckon i could reduce the waist size during a bulk cycle?
The Captn' is a half retarted Jew, He is a Mod in anything goes because of his fucked up thought process. Its not like he is a mod in a quality of life section like diet or aas. Well, Im gonna wait until all of the DHT gears kick in full force so i can get this new style cracking.
Gonna wait until my hairline is pushed back to my crown. then im gonna slick the remaining whisps of scattered hair flat against my shiny scalp. I have gel but i find my own load to provide even stronger hold than the leading premium brand of Hair gel.
Anyway, This slick look goes very well with my Medium CEM T-shirt. Total chick magnet! Gonna walk up into five guys later on like i own the joint! :scizzore:
