I have lingering tendonitis in my shoulder and about 30 pounds of fat to loose. I'm 6' 237 and 32 years old. I have been researching hgh a lot because the side effects dont seem quite as serious but i have a lot to learn. Imput from experienced trainers would be appreciated. thanks
start with a test only cycle...somewhere around 400mgs overy week. get some enanthate to you inject only twice a week. Dont want to be pinning your self everyday or every other day on your first cycle

The steroids are not what is going to get you in shape. You would be well served to get a handle on your diet and training before you add steroids to your regimen.
