We need more info such as cycle experience, stats, training time, etc. What might be good for a novice may not be right for an intermediate or advanced user.
this is not my first cycle, its my 4th... I been working out for 6 years constantly... I hit the gym 5 times a week... I weigh 210 lbs, 5' 10 height and not sure on body fat.
any ways it was a simple question... just want to know what yall thought about the cycle itself!
Again. Each cycle is dependent upon many different things to include your body fat and other stats as well as your goals. Without knowing all of the details we cant tell you. Its not what I am running right now and not the same dosage as I would take so Im going to say your cycle sucks.
For starters.... Winny is used at the end and will do no good unless you are already low body fat. You dont even know your own body fat?
Instead of the oral kick start I would use a second injectable like deca or equipoise or even trenbolone. Then use one or the other oral at the end to keep the gains coming late in the cycle.
Another thing is that people just willy nilly toss out dosages without any rhyme or reason. If you respond to 500 mg test and 300 mg of equipoise why would you jump it up to 1000 of each. Use these things like tools. There is no reason to use a 6 lb sledge when all you need is a ball peen hammer. Use enough to keep the gains going and increase as needed to keep them coming and or reach your goals.
I would replace the winny with tren or deca and do the dbol wks 1-4 and 8-12
I would also replace the sust with test E but all this is just me and personal pref.
Also, gaining mass while staying lean = a lean bulk. Maybe replace the dbol with Tbol? And the sust at 2x week will have your plasma levels out of whack. I would just go with Test E or C. Again just my preference.

I am trying to put on some mass and stay lean at the same time.
Have you used trenbolone before ?
I don't think you spontaneously combust if you don't know you bf%. It would be nice to know so you can have an idea of how successful your cycle ended up being
