I think 20mgs per day until symptoms clear should do the trick and then stay on it for several days after just to make sure symptoms are gone.
If you wait to long and the nolvadex doesnt do it then you will have to jump on letrozole.
If you need help on the doseing I can be of help but I think there are sticky's related to this that you should check out.
I'm not busting your balls but a good lesson for you is to ALWAYS have all things on hand BEFORE starting any program.

Im not sure if it is estrogen gyo symptoms, or progesterone gyno stymptoms. The lumps under my nips have turned into small glands now, i started 400mg ed of vitamin B6 in case of progesterone. I ordered Nolva and should be here within a few days. Do you think I'll be fine once I start the nolva? Im worried Ive caused prem. damage. Theres not fat tissue, just the lumps have gotten bigger, but since i started the B6 the soreness has gone down a lot. What do you think?

You should have had nolva and a little bit of everything else on hand in case of emergency before you started. This is one of the biggest mistakes made in the game. Get that nolva quick....consider this a lesson learned.
