Side effects vary widely but which one do you fear or would like to avoid most? Here's a few examples: hair loss, increased blood pressure, liver/kidney damage, acne, aggression, gyno, just to name a few.
For me, I think permanent health issues like blood pressure or liver/kidney damage are most scarey. Cosmetically, I would probably say hair loss first, then gyno then acne.

has to be deca dick and big bitch tits i joke with my gf sometimes and say id never get any work done if i had a pair of tits lol, gyno an limp dick has to be up there as the worst
being that i work in organ transplantation id have to say liver/kidney failure. u havent seen shit till you see someone on the brink of death related to liver failure. plus the surgery and recovery sucks! not to mention its probably one of the biggest procedures there is. i think its funny all the ppl that said limp dick or decreased libido. yea that sucks but as one person put it you cant "knock that bottom out of it" if your dead. also related to the kidney failure...dialysis three times a week will put a big hamper on your gym time. after the organ failure id say abcess since that can lead to surgery and drain placements and ultimately sepsis which has a very high mortaility rate. oil embolism...def lethal but i would have to imagine the occurence of that is like one in millions. remember u can get ur nuts back and if not u can always take low dose test or even ED drugs to get ur fuck on. once ur kidneys are gone and heaven forbid ur liver...ur screwed to put it mildly.
