well newbee on here but not in the world of training i suppose,
im 29 years old 5ft-6" and only 62kg-65kg and around 10-12% body fat (abs barley visable) 27-28" waist,37" chest.
ive been training for about 8 years on and off but only realy had a clue about propper form and neutrition for the last few years,i know im tiny and i expect im going to get flamed and told to just eat more but i honestly eat 6 clean meals a day when im training seriously but every time i realy go for it i seem to just hit a wall when i reach about 68kg no mater how much food i consume.
ive tryed most common suppliments and creatine does nothing for me,im not looking to get huge or even bulky to be honest as i train alot of mma and weight train only twice maybe 3 times a week and usualy just compound excercises like bench/military press,squats and deadlifts
im thinking of running a mild cycle of h-drol for 30 days @ 50mg a day with some liv52 then clomid and p.c.t assist for 2 weeks then just p.c.t assist for the last 2 weeks.
(im thinking of 50mg a day as im far smaller than most users?)
im aware there are far stronger compounds available but i dont want huge gains or any water retention im looking for some thing to just help put on a few lbs of lean muscle that i can still train mma once a twice a week with.
any coments or advice more that welcome lads,a big concern or mine is doing the p.c.t correct,also assuming my diet and training are both good what sort of gains could some body of my size and build get in terms of bulking?

Your diet, training, or both need improvement. It doesn't matter what anabolics you take or what your PCT is --- if your diet and training isn't proper, you aren't going to have long term success.

training-i only concentrate on compount excercises as i dont have the time to train 4 days a week,if im training twice il do
monday= bench press inc incline/decline and flys and squats
wednesday= deadlifts,shoulder press and pull ups
i usualy train twice one week 3 times the next as im doing mma every tuesday and thursday and dont want to over train as my week will look like this
monday-weight training
tuesday-mma
wednesday weight training
thursday-mma
friday-off
saturday/every other all over workout
as for calories ive previously bulked up to 75kg before naturaly and stayed pretty lean before i got back into mma and i was consuming 3000-3500 calories concenterating on carbs and protein
as i do have a labour intensive job aswell as mma and weight lifting could i be not getting enough rest?
I weight trained and did bjj and muay thai for years and never had issues overtraining. Just make sure you get enough sleep and take your bcaa and glutamine to help recovery. Pro mma fighters train and lift weights six days a week doing two or three a days so it can be done without overtraining.

To be honest 30 days of h-drol isn't gonna do much....
H-drol doesn't generaly start taking effect until the third week
If I was to do a h drol cycle as a beginner I would go
50/75/75/75/75/50...thats a total of six weeks
dose it once in the morn and once and night (it has a 12 hour half life)
I take the biggest dose in the morning example:50mg@8:00am :25mg @ 8:00pm
Take Millk thistle throughout the whole cycle (800-1000mg) for liver support...and drink atleast a gallon of water a day...keep those kidneys and liver flushed.
Get some Nolvadex and the day after your done dose the first week at 20mg the second at 10mg the third at 10mg the last week take around 5-7.5mg(thats 1/2 a mL)
I like to taper down on my nolva to prevent any estrogen rebound...not likely with hdrol though....
thanks for the great advice here lads,i was a little worried about doing a 6 week h-drol cycle or even 75mg a day because of my small size (under 65kg) as im guessing most prohormone users are far bigger than me but i owuld hate to do a pointless cycle and see no gains so i will certainly be upping the dose/duration to either 50mg for 6 weeks or 75mg for 5 weeks.
im in the uk and finding prohormones is not easy i can get hold of cel's products but i cant find tbol.
also to avoid the hassle of me obtaining a propper pct like nova or clomid are there any decent o.t.c pct's that are recomended for a h-drol cycle?
right,ive got some liv52,cycle assist,pct assist,clomid but i could only source 1 bottle of h-drol which ist enough so should i wait till my supplier can get hold of some more h-drol or is there another ph i can run with it to avoid it being a pointless cycle?
im kind of peed of cos i ordered 2 bottles and recieved 1
Your problem: you concentrated on carbs and protein. Next time, concentrate on fat as well - cheap, heart-healthy olive oil for example. Four tablespoons of that stuff a day will net you almost 500 extra calories.

You could do a bridge if you wanted a different compound. Ive heard of people bridging Sdrol into Hdrol. I wouldnt. Personally I would get a bottle of another Hdrol clone other than CEL and take half of each each day.

Head over to orbitnutrition and pick up a bottle or two of helladrol. I hear better things about hella than I do CEL's h-drol. I saw the original on MassNutrition about 4 weeks ago, dunno if its still there or not though. It would be a good learner cycle.
I actually just came off a H-drol (CEL) cycle. I gained 12 pounds and even kept most of the gains for the first week until I injured myself.
I ran it like this:
75/75/75/75/100/100 + Support Supps
PCT:
Clomid: 100/75/50/50 so far...
(plus PCT assist, Animal Stak and nolva on hand)
Honestly I wasn't very impressed, but then again I've ran much harsher compounds. It didn't kick in until almost week 4 for me. When I hit 100mg I noticed the boys poppin' smoke, and I actually started to get a sore spot on my nip but the nolva took care of that. Other than that there were really no other sides.

cool,hopully all will go well for me at 50/75/75/75/75/75 as im only 65kg,im always very lean as i do alot of cardio/mma aswell so 12lb would me a massive gain for me,id be happy to keep 7lbish after pct.my goal is to bulk to around 70kg this winter (not too much fat hopfuly),im going to take a few pics before,mid cycle and during pct for my own reference so i can see any gains rather than just look at the scales.hopfuly my strikes will become stronger too?
