Hey guys looking for help with losing 50lbs fast. Am at 250 now, male, 25yoa... I want to try clenbuterol ..... I been researching abt it and i like the fast results.... I am not lazy i am willing to workout 5times a week at the local gym... Need to find a secure a reliable source to get them from... If anyone can please help me i would thank u a million.... #2 Losing that much weight should be over a period of months and should be the result of a proper diet, not whatever stupid shit you start popping
#3 You obviously are lazy because you want to use clen instead of going about it the proper way with diet/working out
#4 Do you have any idea how much extra skin you will have it you lose weight that fast? You want to be able to take your shirt off? You won't want to if you lose it like that.
#5 Whatever muscle you have now will not be retained. So good luck keeping the weight off.

It amazes me that people somehow think roids are a quick fix and the answer to everything. Losing weight and maintaining a healthy life is a lifestyle, not some magical drug you pop or inject. You have to be committed to training, diet and be aware of what you put in your body. You clearly don't have a good training program as you said "I am willing to work out five days a week". You should committ yourself to a healthier lifestyle and visit the "diet" and "training" sections before considering using any supplements.

Exercises like squats and deadlifts will cause a spike in Growth Hormone levels which will aid in fat loss. Also, doing HIIT (High intensity interval training) will also spike your growth hormone levels for several hours and aid in fat loss.
The fastest way to lose fat though, would probably be Atkins induction phase.
I lost 40 pounds in one month, although I bet a lot of it was water and muscle as well. But if you want to lose weight that fast, you are going to have to sacrifice some muscle unfortunately.
You are 'willing' to work out 5X a week? If you need to drop 50 lbs of fat, you shoulda done been in the gym. Try eating right and training some first.

These guys speak the truth and sometimes the truth hurts. Lets face the facts. If you really wanted to loose the weight, you would already be hitting the gym. Don't talk about it, BE about it. But in the end you are probably goin to do it anyways. If i knew anything about how to properly take the stuff i would tell ya. but i have never messed with it. you can either google it or maybe u will get lucky enough that one of these guys will lead you down the right path
maybe id rec GP T3 (Trijodthyronin, Cytomel) at 25mcg for 6 -8weeks to speed up motabili a bit, but other then that you need diet not drugs. also i dont like clen, and in your case it would probibly be dangerous for you to use.

i know that damn P90X will take the weight off your ass, you have to work hard for it but you dont want to lose that much fat in that short of time because of excess skin(now this is the case for obese poeple)if you are already in shape and just want to shred 50 lbs its still going to be hard but diet and cardio as much as your body can take and more. Be very careful i have had a buddy of mine we had to rush to the hospital because we thought he was having a heart attack, he upped his dose prepping for competition and almost killed his self. Be smart and safe GOOD LUCK!

Do cardio and get your diet in check. After a month or so add an ECA stack or clen. Honestly I just got done with a 2 week clen cycle and I'm pretty impressed. I tightened up most around my arms, chest and legs. Right now I just started an ECA stack and I'm doing that for two weeks also. I'm only on the first few days but I like it better because I haven't got the bad sides of clen and it actually makes me feel good.
If you do clen take atleast 3-5g or taurine per day. I found my sweet spot was 5g tauring and 400mg of potassium spread throughout the day. And melatonin and sometimes benadryl at night to help sleep. This was along with my Multi, ALA, Calcium, and EFA's.

just get liquid clen and drink half the bottle in the am...youll be fine oh and dont worry about working out thats only for assholes..just drink it its that easy
Why did you go to the hospital? Did you pass out? I've noticed if I stand up to fast I get pretty light headed. Other then that it's all good. Cardio is actually kind of fun now.
