    Cycle Input - prop/var/masteron/prov

    Bros,

Thank you in advance. Stats: 31 year old, training since I was 15, 6' tall and 216 at about 14% bf.

Last cycle 12 weeks of sustanon/eq - ran Adex and HCG throughout and did pct of nolva and hcgenerate.

Since then, have been running ghrp-2 and mod grf (1-29) for about 4 weeks. Strength is better than it was on cycle. It has been > 3 months since my last cycle.

Diet - on the palumbo diet now. Before I started 2 weeks ago, I was on a ckd a la lyle mcdonald for 7 weeks.

Goal: Get down to about 8% bodyfat and gain a little muscle.

Training - following a hybrid routine that is between a ckd routine and a strategy by palumbo. I am going to rotate every 4 weeks between ckd and the palumbo diet. My routine will cycle back and forth as well.

I also do cardio every day post workout (on training days) for 30-40 minutes. Its low impact (120 bpm) in efforts of not wasting muscle.

What I am thinking (I know the dosages are conservative, this is not an attempt to gain much size, just preserve muscle and harden up):

Front load with 3.5 cc of sustanon 350 from last cycle (weeks 1-3, 350-400mg/week)

    Var - 50mg/day for 8 weeks

    Prop - 75mg eod for 8 weeks

    Masteron - 75mg eod for 8 weeks

I also have proviron and ostarine. What do you guys think? Will proviron help at all. I recall reading years ago that it enhances the effectiveness of other drugs on cycle - due to binding with certain receptors... this was in one of Llewelyn's anabolic books; read it 6 years ago.

As for ostarine, I do not know whether or not it is suppressive in low dosages. I am thinking of possibly waiting until my pct is complete (will run nolva only, hate clomid) and running it with ghrp-2 and mod grf (1-29). I could also try it on cycle (something that I have not ready anyone trying yet) and keep a log.

Any input is greatly appreciated, especially on the ostarine.
