I'd split it up as much as you can. I think the 5mg tabs are good for this since you can split it up. But then again you have 5-10 tabs with you.
The doses look okay but why do it towards the end? It might be better started at the begining if using long ester test.
I'd shoot for 4x/day. With the heaviest dose an hour before you workout. It does affect some people's sleep patterns however so be warned.
