"im just asking for help like nearly everyone else on the forum". No...that's not how it works. You take the time to do all the research and homework that you can. You should read ALL the stickes, maybe 2-3 times if need be. Use the search function to further investigate questions you might have. After you have done a few weeks of research, and if you still have a question that you have trouble understanding the answer, post here and we are all going to be glad to help you.

You didn't post any stats, age, weight, height, bf%, experience, etc. Don't be lazy about this, if you are serious about taking this path...YOU HAVE TO DO SOME LEG WORK. What you posted above is probably one of the lamest outlines I have ever seen. Pardon the tough love, but that's the way it works.

First Cycle and PCT

You didn't even mention what mg the tabs were. That was a pretty bad outline. Read the stickies then ask again. You will get a lot of good info there plus what Heavy linked for you.

why are you running all orals for your first cycle????????? If you cant handle needles juice isnt for you.
