Not so much with food...but if you take too much protein, I believe it will go to wast once you reached the max that your body can intake. I may be mistaken. Built, where are ya??

260 grams in powder good lord. I would switch that up with some real food and less powder.

260 grams of protein in powder? Then how much protein are you taking in with real food? Sweet Geared Jesus... I get about 120grams from powder and that seems like a lot to me.

I started it when I first got into lifting at a gym I use to try to take double my body weight a day along with creatine when it first hit the seen I was buy it all directly from EAS science so I was buying in bulk and over the course of 2 years I went from 160 to 245 and was ripped runnin a 8% b/f and it was because at the time I was a nightclub bouncer and escort so appearance was everything but ive since quit creatine 3 years ago because I really slowed at the gym but I haven't been below 220 since and my b/f runs constant at about 11-14% (depends on the seasons) but I have serious shoulder problems so lifting is very painful so now im trying to find the right balance of whatever to get my shoulders to fluid up more or less so ive been looking in every direction to find help, advise anything I can

In terms of "Over doing it" there is a way. But going over your protein/carb/cal intake will not "hurt" you, it will more or less make you waste your money. Find what a good intake is for yourself, what you respond to the best, and stick with that. For me, I like about 300 grams of protein, and while I'm on cycle ill eat up as many cals past 4000 that I can possibly stomach... Id like to thank my genetics for an amazing metabolism

You don't think too much powder can be harmful to your kidneys?

Yes you are correct, to much is a waste. The norm is 30g of protine per 3 hours can be processed by your body, BUT if you are enhanced by science its more like 50g. I go by what my belly can take without bloating me to hell but thats just me....

Try deca for the shoulder. Supposed to be great for joints. Stack it with some test.
