    Need help with a knot

I've been running test e at 625ew going on week 8. I had 2 bottles the same and 1 bottle diffrent but its still test e 250ml all the same. I have taken 2 pins of the new bottle and this shit is about to cripple me. I draw with a clean pin and change it out before I pin. I took the first pin in the delt 1" 23g everything is fine untill the next day as it feels like I have been kicked by a mule. 2 days later I get a knot inbetween my delt and bi.
So my question is whats the fastest way to get rid of the knot. I have been using a heat pad and massaging the shit out of it. I heard it could take a week or better in some cases. Just to clarify I have a freind running the same gear as well with no problems and the gear is legit.

    Thanks in advance

Different strokes for different folks. For me, I have my girl massage it. Feels better long enough to get a workout in.

There are a couple possibilites there could be a knot: could have hit a nerve, vein, or have a steril infections. A knot is not uncommon to occur though.

Try heating and massaging the area for 20 minutes then applying an ice pack for 20 minutes while massaging. It will most likely easy awaya in a day or two. IMO, I think you will be okay.

A jacuzzi may help. It helps relax the muscles. Heat pad and massaging always work well for me. Or try stretching or keeping the area in motion. For example, if its in the quad, do some light walking to keep the muscle moving. Those things work for me.

I do think it might help if you tried a new area for a week or two. Glutes sound like a good idea, even with the shorter needles.

I am not pinning delts anymore on this run. I do have 1 1/2 for the glutes so not a problem. I usually do quads one week then glutes and then delts so I'm only pinning that one spot about 1 every 3 weeks.
