    DMSO or CORTIZONE?

So I was at the gym today and I spent quite a bit of time talking to a few of the older gym guys and one of them mentioned DMSO ointment over cortizone for my shoulders but the other guy standing there with us told me to stay away because of blistering can anyone tell me if they had any success with this product or not

I agree, what are the issues you are having with your shoulder? Then I can throw in my opinion.

Well HGH would help, and deca.

As for a product you can buy otc I'd try cissus. and load up on fish oil.

How did you manage to dislocate them so many times? I have done my right knee joint about 7 times. 3 full dislocations.

DMSO, also known as horse liniment, is used to help heal tendonitus. I have used it many times and it works. They have been using it on race horses since the 1930's. It may not have any effect on your condition. Cortizone is very effective, however it is a powerful catabolic hormone and will cause muscle tissue to break down. About the last thing a bodybuilder wants to happen.
