This is a request out to those who are proficient in the use of one or more of following compounds;
HGH, IGF-1, insulin.
I've been trying to Google these compounds and how to incorporate them into my cycles. I first want to say that cost is not an issue for me, as I have enough money to pay for these compounds. But before I buy these things I want to do my research and make sure these are used safely.
So my request is, maybe we could get some of the top guys like heavyiron, CT, Victor, etc... to do a write up/sticky on how to use one or more of these compounds.
The reason I was unable to find the proper information myself is because of so much conflicting data on the internet. It's actually quite annoying.
If anybody else knows of some credible sources where I can read more about proper use of any of these, please link me
I found this doing a search. Hope it helps some people.

HGH does some pretty incredible things, but it HAS to be viewed as a long term endeavor. A reasonable length HGH cycle would be 20-30 weeks in length. While you will always be able to find one or two individuals who will make great strides in a short amount of time, the majority need to be dedicated to its use for the long haul for it to be a worthy venture."
Well for IGF-1 I know some people use it on cycle (Leading into PCT) and some people use it off cycle as a bridge. 20mcg of IGF-1 is comparable to 2iu of HGH. Recommended dosage is 20mcg/side or 40mcg total, some suggest/run higher (60mcg). Most comment that anything above 40mcg starts the intestinal growth (I have yet to see any actual studies pertaining to the intestinal growth however).
Max cycle time of IGF-1 should be between 3-4 weeks. After which time the satellite cells have been tapped out and results would be minimal/non-existent. 4 weeks on/off is used by many.
Injecting PW can lead to intense pumps. While some people enjoy them they are bi and large debilitating. It is doubtful you could finish your entire routine. Most people say that for maximal results it should be taken IM directly after your main workout. As soon as you can take it. If you can't take it at the gym then have it pre-loaded at home and inject as soon as you get there. While some swear by site specific injections the general consensus (Which is backed up by some studies) is that there is no such thing as site enhancement on IGF-1. Inject wherever and it will go to the areas that are rebuilding after the workout as well as to your intestines (Growth gut). There was one study done in adolescence with a growth deficiency that showed sub-q was more beneficial than IM but I don't think that can be applied as a correlation to anyone not in adolescence. Sub-q also leaves "lumps" that are painful and take some time to dissipate.
Do you want information on recomping the IGF itself?
You can get some information there on using all three together. I use a different method, but you can start here.
What are you trying to accomplish? Are you using this for PCT or a cycle?
I can help you set it up from start to fininsh if you want as I've used all of these together various times and I would be more than happy to try and help you.
Where did you read this, because this is the first time I've ever heard of someone saying this?
It was actually a youtube video of a lecture someone was giving on IGF-1 levels. I can't get on youtube at work or I would post up the link.
I remember in the video they showed that IGF can cause unrestricted growth. It can cause anything to grow, cancerous cells, intestines..etc. And it showed that increased IGF-1 levels contributed to shortened life spans. How it was more potent than HGH also.
This scared the hell out of me so I haven't thought about using it.

Did they mention the dosing and the length of the testing or the age of the test subject?
You're blowing this way out of proportion, and obviously scare tactics have seemed to work on you.
If used correctly it is a phenomenal peptide. Just because you saw it on youtube doesn't mean it's correct.
There are youtube videos of steroids being "bad" for you as well, yet you seem to be enjoying them.

I'm just telling you what I've read/seen. I'm not saying I believe it all. I'm sure it has its place in our sport. I'm not trying to use scare tactics, I'm simply stating what was in the video. I'm not basing this off of just the video either.
I only posted in this thread to see how to use it properly since I have some. But right now I've decided not to use it. Not saying that won't change.
