    Biceps tendonitis--winny

So two years ago I began my first ever cycle. For my needs ( softball, running, explosive power, lean ripped muscle) Winstrol was my choice. Not into pinning so I opted to " drink " the winny letting it marinate under my tounge before swallowing. Kinda weird to go into detail about but it tastes horrible, made my mouth numb, but my results were phenominal and the residuals lasted for a long time. Any one else tried this method and am I short changing myself by using this method?

The bad news: I increased my lifting a tremendous amount over a short period of time and developed join pain in my elbow mainly from doing preacher curls...Now that pain his turned into bicep tendonitits and its killing me from my elbow to my shoulder. I took three weeks off from the gym went back yesterday and the pain is no better. Cant even bench bc the extension kills me..

Anyone else ever dealt with biceps tendonitis? Its horrible, Ive tried rest, stretching anti imflamatories...Im thinking of just powering through but I think I caould be headed to a tear...Any suggestions? Thanks

I, too, developed similar type of pain in my elbows, mostly inner elbows between biceps and forearms. At the time, I was on only Winny (oral tabs) and strnegth gains were phenomenal but the pain got to the point where I felt stronbg but couldn't lift much due to discomfort. And it affected nearly every movement to some degree. I took time off, returned and still same thing. But while I was taking time off I could still feel the pain (to a lesser degree) when I rotated my wrists. About 4 months later I started a cycle of Test, d-bol and Deca (later replaced Deca with EQ) and joints felt so much better. After cycle, the joints continued to feel better. And still do. This was over a year ago and I've had time off and now I've been back on. Winny tabs are part of my current cycle but I wouldn't ever consider running Winny solo again. I'm just sharing this as an example and I'm not sure if you caused any real damage to your tendons or not so you can take my post for what it is. Good luck.

That's a tough one. Tendonitis is a bitch. I've had it in both forearms for more than a year now. Tried everything, anti-inflamatory drugs, deep tissue massage, taking time off lifting, gh, deca, nothing works. I adjusted my work outs to go around the pain hoping at this point it won't get any worse. 6 months ago saw a pain doctor who specializes in sports injuries. He did an ultra sound. Said he can do coristol (spelling?) injections, your own blood injections and there was a third one which I can't remember right now. In your case if its really bad I would see a specialist and ask about injections.

I once got tendonitis in my ankle when I was playing football. It was horrible. I remember soaking it in ice water for as long as I could stand it, then soaking in hot water. Try that. It worked for me.

I have it in my right elbow. I take joint support meds that are OTC. It helps a lot. I did a winny only cycle about five years ago but this was not caused by the winny. Just wear and tear from playing sports. You might just need to work around it if you can't find a cure. My right shoulder has been killing me while doing inclines this cycle so I just stopped it altogether. I'll start doing them again in a few months. Sometimes you just need some rest, especially when you have an injury. I use to get injured all the time from training bjj so I've always had to work around injuries. I hated taking time off of lifting but after so many injuries, you figure ways around it.

It's BJJ, as in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

    I know I was making a lulz.

That shit is no joke though. I'm not into MMA at all but I went to a few classes with a buddy and that stuff kicked my ass. Grappling takes it out of you like no other.

Between a grappler and a boxer, I'll take the grappler on my side every day of the week.

Absolutely. I got in a fight with my friend who is a golden glove participant on the beach. We traded blows which I got the better of, I took him to the ground and put him in an arm bar. I asked if he wanted to end it but he wanted to continue so I started cranking his arm. He tore several tendons in his elbow and was out of work for a few weeks bc he was working in construction. I felt bad so I offered to pay his medical bills. Funny thing is after we fought, we went straight to the strip club and partied like nothing happened lol.

Good time Good times! Boys being boys! Same here. That's how rugby matches go - beat on each other during the match followed by drinking and good times afterwards. I've usually always been able to get the best of bigger, stronger friends when we go at it b/c I wrestled for 7 years. I'm glad I wrestled and only wished I wrestled for more years. My instinct has always been to take the opponent to the ground where I'm more comfortable and able to manipulate him. That is, unless he too was a wrestler then I could end up with a real battle on my hands.

winny dried me up and i felt more pains in general. for me deca/test/IGF site applications were the way to go. I had some serious shoulder pain and got on a moderate test/deca cycle and applied the IGF directly into the injury at 50mcg per day and i got better pretty quick.

Gotta love it. Funny bc the week before that I butted heads with a guy while "rolling". The top of his head hit my eye and gave me a nice black eye for about a week. Then I got in this fight right after my eye heals and I got another nice shiner when he came up and sucker punched me. I work in an office environment. It was weird explaining to my co-workers and boss why I always came to work with black eyes or popped elbows or dislocated fingers. The typical office professional just doesn't understand. I even went to a job interview with a black eye. Needless to say, I didn't get an offer from that firm lol.
