Hey every one, Im 5'4" 160lbs at roughly 11-12% body fat.
I plan on runing anavar for 8 weeks starting mid January.
I have all the tabs ready to go, my problem is how to
Dose it, the tabs are 50mg per tab, this is what I plan on
Running a day 50 mg. I know that var has a half life of about
8 hours so if I take one a day ot will not keep stable blood levels
So do I cut the tab in half and take 25mg every 12 hours to try to
Keep blood levels as steady as possible? Any info on the subject would be

I always took var an hour before the gym, the entire daily dose. I do the same with all orals. I suggest adding some test though. A little bit, 250mg/week will do. You'll gain a lot more.

Solable fiber like apple pecting is awesome for lipids, so is fish oils.
Red rice yeast is a very mild statin, I dont like statins myself and much of the cholesterol hype is based on bad information.
