    Anavar cycle advice needed

    Hey every one, Im 5'4" 160lbs at roughly 11-12% body fat.
    I plan on runing anavar for 8 weeks starting mid January.
    I have all the tabs ready to go, my problem is how to
    Dose it, the tabs are 50mg per tab, this is what I plan on
    Running a day 50 mg. I know that var has a half life of about
    8 hours so if I take one a day ot will not keep stable blood levels
    So do I cut the tab in half and take 25mg every 12 hours to try to
    Keep blood levels as steady as possible? Any info on the subject would be
    Appreciated thanks

    50mg var is pretty tame, you can do more than that and spliting the dose is a good idea as the pharma stuff comes in 2.5mg

    Yea I know it's pretty low but this is the first time Im runnin an
    Oral of this kind so I just wanted to play it on the safe side

    Well that is a very safe oral.....
    Run some creatine with that cycle to take advantage of this drug.....

    I always took var an hour before the gym, the entire daily dose. I do the same with all orals. I suggest adding some test though. A little bit, 250mg/week will do. You'll gain a lot more.

    Thanks for the advice that's my plan, 300 of test e a week will be good

    take lipid protection with this cycle, like policosinal, red yeast rice etc, anavar can play havoc with your lipid profile.

    keep us posten on how ya go brother.

    Solable fiber like apple pecting is awesome for lipids, so is fish oils.
    Red rice yeast is a very mild statin, I dont like statins myself and much of the cholesterol hype is based on bad information.
