    2nd cycle help

    OK first let me say thanks to everyone that's has posted info, I have learned a lot but have a couple questions I need some help with.
    I' m 31, 6'1 230 & have been an active gym rat for the best part of 15 years. I did my first cycle about 2 month ago, I was not well informed regrading what to do pre, post cycle, gyno & so on. Cycle was more like a 1/2 cycle but it was free & I really just wanted to see what if any side effects that I might have before running a real one (nuts shrank during & I felt like I shed a little hair). Other then that I felt great, my build started to change, I dropped some bf & had nice gains in mussel building & strength. So I am ready to get down & run a serious cycle.
    First Cycle was
    5 week 500mg of super test 400 250mg 2x week
    5 week 500mg of Masteron 250mg 2x week

    I have access to just about anything but this is what I had in mind.

    Week 1-4 30mg of dbol 10mg morning, day, and night (any problems sleeping takinf it @ night?)
    Week 1-12 500mg of test weekly ( 250 2x week) I can get any type of test, any recombination?
    Week 1-12 300mg deca weekly (how many pins a week?)
    Week 1-12 500mg Masteron weekly (how many pins a week?)

    I am good size now but was MUCH bigger in the past so I am looking for mass but also to get definition, like most I neglected my legs when I was younger & need to put some real work into them. I understand that this is a heavy 2nd cycle so I want to make sure I take every precaution & am well informed as what side effects to look for, your help is greatly appreciated.

    Masteron I understand is great for cutting (still need to drop a good chunk of bf) but also that I can use Masteron as an anti-side-effect-drug to combat estrogenic side effects. Should I add anything else?
    Also HCG at least twice a week, & that It's best if ran while on cycle and up to 2 weeks after last pin. does this sound right? Any suggestions on brand, weekly quantity?
    Also need some suggestions on a liver cleanser do they really work? & something to counter water weight, is this effective or needed?
    Spot Injections? Is this something that really works?
    What do I need to do for pre & post?
    I am sure that I am missing somethings so your advice is greatly appreciated.

    You should read the stickies on first cycle and post cycle. I would drop the masteron unless you already bought it. Dbol, test and deca will be more than enough. Test by itself would be enough since this is going to be your first real cycle. If you are already high body fat you might want to strongly consider cutting before beginning a cycle.

    I have only ever used Pregnyl hcg. 2x 250iu a week weeks 2-12 (Or 2-14 for you since you're running test 12 weeks). You need to front load milk thistle (I'd get liver-x too) a while before you start cycle. At least two weeks before hand.

    You also need to stop the deca two weeks before you stop your cycle. So run deca 1-10.

    Save the Masteron for your next cycle. I know some will disagree with this but you can get good results from pinning Deca only once per week. It has a very long acting ester. I've also had great results from pinning Test Cyp/E once every 7 days. You might need to use a little more D-bol for someone of your size. 40-50mgs per day. Perhaps you'll do well with 30mg. You'll have to wait and see. With a larger dose comes potential for more water retention but if you can run Arimidex at 0.5mg EOD you might want to consider increasing the D-bol dose.

    Forget the spot injections. Stick to alternating glutes. You can go delts if your pin is no longer than 1".

    You know I just don't see the need for a gram and a 1/2 of gear on a 2nd cycle. What will you be up to in 3 years? I'd drop either the deca or the Mast. I actually like mast in any cycle.

    I agree..Test/Deca/D-bol is a powerful muscle building combo. But as Life said, Test for 12wks with the Dbol kicker will give you great results since this is your first real cycle.
