I have been hearing mixed reviews on this. I have always told people that you cant lose fat and build muscle at the same time. But when your on the juice its a different story. I have about 20 pounds to lose. I want to lose it in 3 weeks. Any suggestions?

If you ran DNP for three weeks you'd be x_x
I'm doing it right now actually. Your best friend when trying to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously is calorie cycling.
It's a slower process than bulking then cutting, but for those of us with image issues, that have to stay lean year round, it's a great alternative.
There's no "healthy" way to lose 20lbs of fat in 3 weeks...you can lose alot of water weight...when you try to do it that fast your body starts to utilize muscle for energy and holds on to the fat...so you gotta ask yourself...do you just wanna be lighter on the scale or get serious and get into shape?

Have your appendix removed.

Gear doesn't sound like the answer. Diet and cardio is probably what you need. And stop posting threads asking for sources. That's against board rules. Be safe and good luck.
Fear does not exist in any object or situation. It is constructed by you alone, a barrier to progress, imposed solely by your mind.

OK listen here son. You have 30,240 minutes to lose all this garbage weight and make it to the school dance looking svelte. Now put on a pair of sweat pants and your letterman sweater... OK got that done now?.. good. Now put on your Nike Jordans and get outside and run around the block until next Thursday. Get a drink and run until 3 hours before the dance. You should be fine. Oh and don't forget to take a shower or Sally won't kiss you good night.

A good plan would be to loose 2 lbs of bf per week to be able to keep it off. Any more than that will be water weight and will be put back on.
