Ok so this is gonna be my first post here, I checked the older ones but couldn't fine a similar one... I have been training for the last 7 years, have had some injuries but for the last 2 years have been catching up... i had been on 3 mass cycles and my current stats are (used to be 175 pounds) height 6'2 weight 255 body fat %18 age 28 my maintenance calorie is 3400 my diet will be Morning 4 whole wheat bread slices with 2 cans of tuna with 1 table spoon of light mayo-2 cups of coffee with splenda
2 hours later 1 glass of skim milk with 1 cup whey iso
2 hours later lunch 3 pork chops(i generally remove as much fat as possible) 1 big cup of salad with 1 table spoon of light ceaser dressing
2 hours later 1 glass of skim milk with 1 cup whey iso+coffee
gym
1 glass skim milk 2 cup whey iso 2 pounds of lean ground beef with same salad
2 hours later again 1 glass milk with 1 cup whey iso, 2 chicken breast with some fruit
then bed i go to gym 6 times a week and do cardio 30 minutes 4 times a week...second month 40 mintues 3rd month 50 minutes i am trying to drop to 12 body fat(and yes i know i am not gonna be in this cycle but maybe the next one)
i use fish oil, multy v, and couple of other natural supp... my planned cycle is 500 boldenone a week 12 weeks and 75 tren a eod 8 weeks (i already have both) i will be doing a 45 day t3 45 day off then another 45 days on
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg
Day 7-10: 50mcg
Day 11-13: 75mcg
Day 14-17: 100mcg
Day 18-21: 125mcg
Day 22-25: 100mcg
Day 26-29: 75mcg
Day 30-33: 50mcg
Day 34-37: 25mcg
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg
while i am off t3 will be doing a 2 week of clen then 2 week off then again 2 weeks on
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg got some nolvadex on hand for pct as i said this is my first cutting cycle so i need some help with it i already had the boldenone from my past cycles and got tren a ...i know most will suggest winstrol or test prop but do not have the money for it currently but my next cyle in plan is test prop winstrol and tren a with t3 and clen again Thanks
