My clients get all their needs catered by me, college educated trainer with a minor in health education, a self-proclaimed AAS professional researcher with competition experience. Clients remain in contact daily if need be primarily through email to my PDA, with all queries and needs answered within 24/hours.. usually within 2 or 3, every day of the week.
