Goals:
Mostly after lean mass gains. I wanna be at 175-185 with some reduction in body fat after this whole thing. I will be using MonsterDrol XT for the huge mass gains, and Epi afterwards as a recomp tool. Or if you guys say otherwise I will just use straight Monsterdrol Xt.

Training Regimen
Tri-Phase Training with added volume. For anyone not familiar with this, it is a pretty solid routine for 9 weeks and I like how it is periodized as well into different micro-cycles.
Day 1 update
So today's "plan" was chest and shoulders. But I was thinking about it and I usually hit shoulders with a lot less efficiency especially if I pair it with chest. So I did just straight up chest onslaught!

**** Magnusson Ortmayer Deadlift routine/ holy ****! this is a hard routine!! I only did a fragment of it and ditched the hamstring curls, and abs. Plus, the regimen also calls for high rep deadlifts; but I replaced em with snatch grip deads to improve speed off the ground and add more meat to my back!

****, so I'm assuming that 40 mg is the sweet spot for beastly back pumps. I dosed 5 g pre workout but I think I may have to increase it quite a bit. I did legs today and My back felt like it was going to explode If this keeps up I may have to bring the dose down a bit because it became pretty hellish at the gym today. But other than that, no other sides to notice.

I don't have a weight for you guys today, because I'm going to let the sodium content from turkey day come down before trying to give a near-accurate weight

And the strength and weight continues to climb!!! My joints are drying up a bit; so I'm upping my fish oil from 8 g/day to 10g/day and will adjust this as necessary!
Vascularity is also increasing like crazy right now

My weight seems to tapping out at this number; however I am seeing increased vascularity than when I was 163-164 and I'm heavier which is crazy Strength is starting to re-escalate

Holding steady at 179; weight has stalled despite increase in calories.
Recomping right now and getting leaner!!! Vascularity is up; joints are good with glucosamine and 10gfishoil/day. Libido steady; Vascularity increasing. And Strength is up!! Update later today!
Day 30/31 update
Dose: 45 mg epi
Just gonna show the leg day that I had today, and wow strength is really up still!! But I am equally glad that my joints are holding well, if not stronger
1. ATG Squat: 265 (5), 285 (5), 290 (4) almost!; 160 (20!) these are starting to increase drastically, that it's almost scary
2. Stiff Legged DL: 235 (5!); (5!); 240 (4!)
3. Hack Squat: 3 plate each side (5,5,5!)
4. Seated Calves for 2 plate and 25: goal is 75 reps to failure and it took me a lot of sets!
Weight 163.5.............. 176??????? (12.5) Despite my increase in calories in accordance to my weight gain; I am still drying out! I don't even think I can stomach an addition 200-300 calories without puking my guts out; but as long as the mirror is looking good, I'll take it! But if I keep losing more weight, I may have to re-increase calories
Woke up this morning to this weight!! I drank a ton of water yesterday and cranked up the Protein macros a bit to 310-320 g!! I think the epi is starting to fully crank in it's effects, because I'm feeling strong as hell, leaner, more vascular and nearly 0 DOMS, except after a heavy deadlift session
