    Cutting from 264 to 200

I've been weight training for about a year and a half now. Originally I weighed 309 when I started working out and have cut down a good bit. Now I'd like to finish up cutting to 200 and be in good shape for an AAS cycle.

    Age: 19
    Height: 6'
    Starting weight:264lbs
    Experience: 1.5years
    1rep max: 235 flat bench / 130 barbell curl

Diet: Trying to keep calories around 2500-3000 range. Mostly fibrous carbs, protein from chicken/beef/shakes.

    Supps:
Using GP clen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Gaspari Nutrition Anavite multivitamin (2 pills in the morning and 2 at night).
BSN Cellmass- 1 scoop in the morning.
    EPI-STRONG (epistane) - 30mg 1hour before workout, for 30days followed by clomid for 2weeks.
Forma Stanozol - On cycle PCT 4 pumps in the morning and 4 at night.

    Training:
    Sun - cardio (HIT)
    Mon - arms
    Tues - cardio (HIT)
    wed - chest
    thurs - cardio (HIT)
    fri - Back
    Sat - off

Goal: Lose 2-3 lbs per week, and be in good shape for an AAS cycle.

You are much too young for prohormones. You run the risk of your epiphyseal plates fusing early and stunting your growth. Also, screwing up you endocrine system. Not too mention, you have plenty of free test roaming about your body at age 19. You DO NOT need Epistane or any other PH at your age. Train hard, eat clean, do cardio, you will lose the weight that way and not screw up your body.

X2!!! Don't cycle any AAS prior to 23-24 yoa. No exceptions. Notice the progress you've made? Keep doing what you're doing and in the next 5 years you'll make even more progress. Then and only then will you be ready to consider putting together an aas cycle.

if you're trying to lose alot of weight then training legs a couple times a week in addition to your cardio is extremely important.....legs and back (squats, deadlifts) take up the most oxygen and get your heartrate going much much more than the smaller bodyparts........

i know im not a body builder im more into mma so i do alot of cardio aswell, any way my 2 cents would be quit training arms and stick to simple compound excercises that hit as many muscle groups as possible.

6 foot 200 lbs. That's skinny dude. I think if you are weight training your gonna have a hard time getting down that low. Good luck but you prolly aren't done growing yet.

I've decided to drop the Epistrong and add legs on Saturday. I forgot to clarify shoulders would be included on back day.

    HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!

There is so many things wrong with this. I do not feel like making my fingers bleed explaining it all to you so I wont. Just do yourself a favor and please resear for about 4 more years or more.

I researched from the time I was 23 and finally did it when i was 31. No reason to do any AAS before 25 and most should wait till 30!

Drop the cellmass. That's a meal replacement isn't it? You don't need to be taking that in the morning. Wake up a little earlier and make you some eggs and oats.

    Ever look into T3?

    No, it's a creatine supplement.

Don't apologize. We were all "new" at one point.

I know what you mean though. I get all different PM's asking "What should I do....." (fill in the blank). I take the time to respond and type everything out only to see a thread pop up that basically contradicts and goes against everything I said. The question then becomes, why ask if you're not going to listen?

    Frustrating indeed.

Too many young bucks want to build Rome in a day and lack the attention span required to listen/learn.

I too was a real piece of work when I was young. I used AAS WAY to early and probably missed out on some additional growth. It is MUCH easier to look back and realize what a dumb ass I was. Fact is we can give sound advice to these young bucks, but some of them will be retards like I was anyway.

Same here GMO. Ex-dumbfucks like us are definately qualified to comment and criticize current dumbfucks. Did my first cycle at 20yrs old. One big clusterfuck of different things with unorthodox doses, no pct, etc. Big fish in a little pond I was. Part of my college education in Joe Snuffy-town, USA.

What's Ur BF like? I'm guessing it's still up there? Diet is the MAIN thing right now... Sure... Keep training, but getting Ur diet laid out is the single most important thing.

I guess I lack the patients with some of these cats since I wasnt dumb and did it right. I have studied AAS use for over 10 years and worked out during that time only taking creatine and dieting to get from 137lb to my current 215lb. I was 32 before I even touched any AAS.

UPDATE: While on the EPI it seemed like I was urinating every 3-4 hours.. waking up twice in a night to urinate, I'm not sure what the deal was. Still using clen for another week. Will post some new stats in a couple days. I'd also like to say thanks to a few of you for sending me a PM's and helping me out.
