I've been using it since 12/14 and weight and strength are way up!
My weight started at 170 and I'm at 176 right now. I squated 355 for reps when I first begun and I was benching 90lbs db's on flat bench. Last week i was squating 365 for reps and yesterday I was benching 100lbs db's for reps, so my strength is going up nicely.
Seated db extensions
1x10 65lbs
1x10 85lbs
1x09 110lbs
My strength is going up weekly. I went up another 10 lbs on my bench, which has been my strength indicator for the last 3 years. I believe this stuff WORKS and is worth the money!
