I get the best sleep if I take a benzo. Have you tried Ambien CR (controlled release) ? That has worked good for me as well. With some people that have bad insomnia they take Seroquel. It's used to treat bi-polar and other jacked up mental conditions but it is also prescribed for insomnia.

Damn, 8mg. That's a heavy dose. There's a pulmonologist in my city that also does sleep studies. I went through a sleep study and that helped get me squared away. I would recommend talking to your doctor and have him set you up with a specialist. Lack of sleep sucks ass....

I had the same problem for a few years. Main culprit for me was stress and worry.

Always had sleep issues. Seems to be very hit or miss for me. I think Roid is right and stress plays a large role.

Read a book with a mug of warm milk?

Have you always had sleep problems? Different strokes for different folks as far as what may or may not work. 0.5 - 1mg of xanax knocks me out but I only take occassionally. Benadryl would do the same. Ambien makes me hallucinate but then kncoks me out. My step father is successful with Trazadone. Barbituates might help however many docs won't prescribe barbs' anymore such as pentobarbital, etc.

Get a blow job and you'll sleep like a baby.

Reading.. it relaxes your brain. I know for me personally, my brain is constantly planning ahead and running. When I read it burns it out, and knocks me out.

I take temazepan (sp?) 30mg every night as well. Love that s**t!

I've been having problems getting more than a solid 4-6 hours at a time for the past week as well.

It's the tren! I know it!

no doc here but sounds like it is probably stress related, meds will only mask your problem by treating the symptom and not the cause.

try to relaxes bro, try to get into this mentality

have a problem? is there a solution? then if there is a solution why worry

have a problem? no solution to it? if there is no solution then worrying wont fix it.

sermorelin also will help you into a deep sleep and so will GABA powder.

again just a thought, best bet will be to see a doc and not one who is just going to shove pills down your throat.
