    ok someone had to say this :

    1. Become an elite member . Tons of info here that is exact with science behind it and also you support this site and its continued greatness.

    2. Read read read. Nothing new under the sun . If you just read the sticky's most importantly or read others people's logs under here and learn. But seriously its time to man up and not be hand feed.

    3. On top left there is a google site search . type what your looking for and hit search . its really that easy.

    but easier is best just be a elite member its expanding and come on . its not free to run a website . so DO IT NOW ...get into the elite memba area

    Completely agree. First thing I do when I visit a new forum is read the stickies. I would say 70-80% of the questions asked can be answered by reading the stickies or doing a simple search at the top left of your screen. 70-80% is probably a conservative estimate too.
