I really need some help here. I'm new to the body building game but am deadly serious about putting on some quality lean mass. I'm about 5'7 and of slim build at present. I am looking for some honest advice on the suppossed legal anabolic roids/agents I have seen advertised on the web. One company in particular is anabolics.com. Unfortunately I am a needle phobic so injection is out of the question. But I'm curious about oral and lotion type roids. Do these work?? What should I stack with what for optimum results?? What about possible side effects?? How can I prevent any of these nasty effects?? Failing that-does anyone have any advice on the real juicers (working on the same principles mentioned above)??

Please guys-if anyone has any suggestions on this I would really appreciate it as I'm deadly serious but also health concious and a little nervous. But still determined to try out some tried and tested reliable, effective and hopefully obtainable substances (Roids are a little hard to get your hands on in Northern Ireland).
