I have been running around like a fool trying to find some Humalog Insulin. Checking out online sources, etc.... until someone told me it's an OTC drug that I can go to my pharmacy and purchase.
This should apply to most states and provinces in North America.
I'm off to the store to grab some right now

Most your larger chains will require a script for anything. Stay with the independant mom and pop stores. I think the law is more of a local municipal law than by state.
I've been trying my best to do my research, as I plan on using it during my PCT.
But I seem to be finding a lot of contradicting information, which scares me.

I REALLY wanna board the slin train but my old man officially contracted type 2 diabetes at around age 45ish after he had a heart attack, but hell he could have had it for a lot longer before.
So... that's my only holdup.

If used correctly you should have no issue. Keep the dose low, and the cycle short and for the love of God, DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

Ohhh ya, I'm definitely doing reading now, but the more I read, the more I wanna do it. I probably won't touch it till my next cycle anyway, if I DO in fact use it.
Just run it low to start off with and see how that goes, then gradually go up...but you really have to be careful with Insulin, IT CAN KILL YOU! But if done right you will love it and it makes me recover faster.

If and when you decide to do it, I'd be able to help if you want.

BP
Indeed, the recovery is almost overnight, truly amazing indeed. You should never need anymore than 5-8ius MAX. Most pro's don't even exceed 7ius i'm told.
You really have to play around with the carb/iu ratio to see what works best for you. I know a guy who can get away with 50g dextrose while using 7ius of humalog PWO. That's approx. 7g carbs per iu of slin.
I think 10g per iu is overkill and leads to fat gains.
It can be difficult to sift through a ton of information and still not have a defined answer. You need to just trust your gut and go with a protocol that YOU think makes the most logical sense. Then post up a thread to see what others who have experience using it have to say.
It can be done in MANY ways and with many other compounds. Just because one way works for one, it may not work for another. One thing that should be universal is you need carbs when you take it. The timing and the ratios will be different everywhere you look.
