    Question

Question - Is there anything out there worth taking that isn't hard on your hairline.
I'm going to turn 40 in a few months and have defiantly noticed some thinning on top.
I'm 6' 180 lbs. B F is 12-14% been in the gym off and on since I was 18. as far as my diet goes I would say it's well balanced.(could eat allot more) I've never done any AAS/PH before.
OK now with all that being said
Here is the deal it seems every since about 30 years of age I have watched my mass and strength shrink a little each year. and I'm getting some extra (subcutaneous ) fat around my waist.
SO THIS IS MY DILEMMA IS STRENGTH AND LESS FAT WORTH MYHAIR?
I prefer no needles sorry in advance if this is asking too much.

Have you consider trt therapy? Should be easy to get on at your age. Unless you're ready to start pinning, you're probably not ready for roids. Trust me, it's not as bad as you think. I dreaded needles but doesn't really bother me anymore.
Fear does not exist in any object or situation. It is constructed by you alone, a barrier to progress, imposed solely by your mind.

You can always get a toupee. You can fake hair but you can't fake an amazing body. If you have the money you can try hair implants.

hey rippedgolfer did you mean HRT then yes I've done some reading on that and could be considered.

And as far as a wig and/or transplants hoped I could hold out 10 years.
I don't think it'll bother me as much then.

heavyiron I've also been reading up on that. Just kinda needed someone to push me over the edge.

Would finesteride be safe to take while doing the dmz

THANKS for the info I'll do some more reading and prolly end up with some
    more Questions.

DMZ is hair friendly according to everything I have read. I see no problem using finesteride with it.
