    Tingling, itching feeling

    Hello Guys,

I just started a new TRT cycle that was prescribed from my doctor which consists of:

    • 200 MG Test C EW
    • 200 MG Deca EW
    • 1 MG Arimidex 2x's a week
    • L-Carnitine 250mg 3 x's a week
    • L-Arginine 100mg 3x's a week

I have been on this for 2 weeks and everything seems to be ok, except for one small thing. Whenever I start my cardio, I feel this weird itching like feeling in my pores, similar to that of taking a non-flush free niacin. It itches, feels like my pores open up and not sure what the hell it is. It happens for about 20 minutes and then goes away. I am positive it isn't the test or deca as I have used them before, but not sure about the others. Has anyone ever experienced this with an AI or injectable amino? It isn't a problem for me, just really irritating and I would like to know why my body is doing that.

    Current stats:

    • 160 lbs
    • 35 years old
    • < 10% BF

    Thanks in advance!

    How tall are you bro?

Your doing a TRT or a cycle. If your doing a cycle your test is too low for you to get any results. If youre just doing TRT why Deca and Arimadex ( I hardly doubt would be necessary for such test dosage.)

    Man your doctor rocks!

I am 5'11". Sure, the doc isn't giving me any mega doses, but to be honest I ran the same cycle minus the AI and aminos and got great results. My wife would freak out if I went over 200 lbs, 170-180 is good enough for me. Anyways, the TRT seems to be working fine but I want to know what causes this feeling. Again, it only happens when I first start my workout and reminds me of taking niacin. Damn weird feeling. Pins and needle feeling, not so much. Best way to describe it is like when you take too much niacin.

Teszt dosage should be a little higher than the Deca. That is unless your "doctor" wants things this way. Sounds like a hot flash associated with fluctuating hormone levels. Not all that uncommon. It should decrease as your body adjusts to all the substances.

I'm saying that's what they always say when you're skinny. But just weight until your a beast. Don't hold yourself from greatness. At your height 200 wouldnt be huge. I'm 5'7 and I'm 220 and I don't even feel I'm there yet either.

They call that itchy feeling prickly heat...as the sweat comes out it sord of bubbles popping in the pore until you really get a good sweat going...some say its because of drier skin during thw winter months...that's just what I read on it....nothing to do with your test

Thanks Cutright, that makes sense. It is much drier during the winter months and my hands and arms seem to be a bit drier due to the weather. It was just odd that it only seem to happen the minute I started my cardio. As soon as I would start to break a sweat, I would feel it.

It wouldn't be acne, that is unless you can get it on your hands. I felt this from my hands up to my arms. Right now acne doesn't appear to be any issue. Last time I ran something similar, acne didn't happen till post cycle anyways.

As far as the wife, I don't think it is the size that would bother her, rather the idea of using it to get big vs. a legitimate medical issue would bother her. The doc prescribed this based off of my lab work. I wish my doc would hook me up with more test, but I would rather be safe than sorry and trust my docs opinion. I would never consider going over 400MG test/week without having a doc check my blood work and get me any ancillaries needed. Good news is that my normal HGH levels are higher than usual for someone my age, it is the low test and high e that is messing me up. Regardless, it is nice having a doc help instead of dealing with underground/illegal sources, not to mention I get pharm grade stuff and don't have to worry about what is in the vials.

I'll agree that the test should be high than the deca, but I have run it before without issues and got great gains. Maybe I had the low test back then and didn't know it? Hell, for all I know I could have shut my self down, but I doubt it based on the amount and length of cycle. But I am no doc, so who knows.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I just wanted to get some feedback. I was wondering if it was something in the scripts or just a freak incident. Hormone balancing could be the factor too. Last cycle I ran I never used any AI, but I also didn't know I had high E to begin with.

Yeah I'm 5'8" and almost 225lbs with about 12%. Looking to get down to 10%. Now that I'm older (mid 30s) I realize it's better for me to be on the shorter side as my appearance is much more jacked than taller friends. Of course, my condition of muscle dysmorphia keeps me hungry and unsatisfied that I'm muscular and jacked enough. haha. Gotta keep striving. Nothing quite like having my wife stare at my body in awe!

Sounds good Nuklear - I'm still after the gamma ray induced metamorphosis that Dr. Banner was "lucky" enough to achieve.

I know what you and OP are talking about. I get this feeling on my face just beneath the skin. I call it andro itch lol. I get it most from EQ. Especially when ramping up doses.

Muscle dysmorphia is the best condition to have, it keeps your motivation going. Remember complacency is the worst enemy.

Good words. Gotta stay hungry and keep climbing the hill. The top of the hill will always remain just out of reach.
