    I don't think you'll find any research studies supporting it, but I know people who swear by them. Personally, I only look to delts if I am pinning ED and my quads and glutes are a dartboard.

    For AAS injections, my glutes seem to deal with it best....least amount of pain, bleeding, and etc....next would be quads....I've tried delts, but prefer not to if over 1cc...

    Localized temporary swelling. I doubt it stretches fascia but who knows.
